And, does it mean that, any RAM (expect of K,L), has to comply with RULE 10?
For Situation involving ram and nuc.comply with ordinary practice of seamanship.so ram have to keep clear from nuc at any how bcz she is more manoeuvrable than nuc
How will you know that the vsl under RAM is as per K and L.??

What if a NUC vessel is in TSS and a RAM (k, L) is crossing. Then, NUC has to keep clear of the RAM?? As rule 18 will not apply here?
