Omg I’ve been looking sooo long for this! I started bullet journaling about a year ago and I love it but for long periods I don’t use it because I don’t have the energy to re-write and draw out everything over and over again. So I thought digital planning would be it for me. But I can’t fully let go of my bullet journal. I want to use digital planner, bullet journal and Notion, but I don’t know what to keep where, and I don’t want duplicates of everything. Have any more advice?

I’m in the exact same situation as you 😅
Like honestly how do we combine all 3 without being super overwhelmed by where everything is?

@@KavyaCelesteexactly, because I want to use them all, but I tend to get overwhelmed and end up not using neither, but I don’t want to let to of any of them, I want to make it work but don’t exactly know how. At the moment I’m planning bi-weekly on my iPad, which has been so much better for me then planning a week at a time, because you get a better overview and feel more prepared and have more space and days to move around things between. And I’m using my bullet journal for monthly overview, or gratitude logs and stuff like that, and Notion is for my to-do lists, weekly resets and stuff, but I don’t know if that’s the optimal way to do it.

@@magdaengblom9737 tbh I think you’ve nailed it! Maintaining a bullet journal is really tedious since it’s the same layouts but you have to draw it out every time. So using it for gratitude and monthly overviews helps you to keep that bullet journal feel whilst not letting it go.
Digital planning is best for organising your days, weeks and months etc since it is very easy to organise and move stuff around to fit your needs without the perfectionist mindset kicking in.
Lastly for notion, I think the to do list idea is great and I also use it to track other things like expenses etc.
But I also recommend you watch the trident method video by Ali Abdaal if you haven’t already since it really helped me out! I also use a physical Journal to note down any streams of consciousness I have!
