well it might be to counter some of the other teams early on, to get an early lead, or it might just be because he isn't their best option atm, or maybe they have a stronger starter with better blocks to get morale going. My guess is that the team have better chemistry with the other OH, so they start him in and see how he does. And then use Yuki as a super sub
@@janniksamsing8350 ah okay thank u, yh I was wondering this, bc he never plays like through the first 20 or so points, and then he plays the rest of the game haha
last season perugia won basically everything with semeniuk and plotnytskyi as starters. perugia is a well oiled machine already, and yuki (as the newcomer) has to prove himself and perform better than the other two amazing players who share his role.
Not as strong coz of Leon departure??they finish 2nd in elimination round last season with some loses...same rooster(2022/23 season)with Leon they lost to quarter finals with undefeated record run to an 8th team milano.....now ISHIKAWA and LOSER was contributed well on the team.. Personal POV without ISHIKAWA they already lost to TRENTINO and even on their 5 setter match against PADOVA..
@@bigbangtrash6353 Not because of Leon's departure alone, last season they were winning comfortably against these other teams, this season its different.
"Not as strong" when they're undefeated 6-0. Defeated Trentino in 4 sets even with a back up setter. Can be down by 2 sets against a top 4 team, and still win. And essentially with the same starting lineup last year except for Flavio replaced by Loser. Looks strong to me.
@PaulTaka123 not because they're not comfortable winning on some teams, they are not as before..Leon didn't play almost entire season only subbing in on crucial plays... Herrera is the main OP during early season which is Ben Tara is way more technical than him and the key player during finals...so far no changes on their starters only ISHIKAWA and LOSER subbing in... ISHIKAWA reception/backrow defense is a plus for Perugia frankly speaking.
Vamos Perugia!! Vamos Ishikawa!!!
Siempre apoyando a los teammates japoneses desde México!!

Vamoooos Yuki❤
can someone explain why Yuki never starts?

The ball is round. It's just that, teams are improving. it's not like, only Perugia has good players.
