Ok guys, I have a really cute non-vip ruffle skirt hack. First, equip the really short skirt (with all the normal skirts) and colour it to 1 Colour. Then add the normal sized skirt and make it the same colour. Lastly, add the skirt with the ruffles at the bottom (still with the normal skirts) and there u have it! A rly cute ruffle skirt! (Personally, I add the tank to to the top so it’s a full dress and no credit needed)
