this is old stuff, before the noise update released and a lot of the noise sprites were missing, so the modders had to make their own sprites (and noise was originally meant to work exactly like peppino)
the latest afom update added the noise, but only because pizza tower made them. they will eventually make an actual noise, and i'm hoping that happens before i release the tower, maybe even before floor 1, because its gonna take a while. i only have started on pizza air ride and fort calcium.
