Also, that only asted, like, what? A couple of years? He didn't fail anyone, and he sure as hell didn't 'put it all on himself' he recruited people and let the 'adventurers' (the raid) do all the fighting. Honestly, I know Blizzard changes writers like dirty socks, but 'do your research' is a concept that exists.
Does anyone else notice that Azeroth sounds different in each scene she speaks in or is just me? Her voice never sounds the same in all cinematics she speaks.
in the first cinematic that we heard her in, witches the war within cinematic trailer,, it is identical to the one where she spoke to Magni when she restored him to a normal dwarf. However, this one is different from those. They were a little muffled, but this one sounds much clearer.

i still dont know the ending to Shadowlands and what happemed to the Jailer. I tried to get back into mount farming and achievement hunting in Dragonflight but after some time pretty clueless on what the actual storyline is like Battle For Azeroth I dont remember that exansion having ANY story other than daily visits to Mechagon for world boss. That was end game.
The story was in Nazjatar. Mechagon was just the “timeless isle” of BfA. Without timegating, you can burn through the story of Nazjatar pretty quickly though, and it also just turns into a place for rare farming. The “endgame” content was was the horrific visions and associated farming for your cloak that led into Ny’Alotha. Dragonflight had less structure in its story, but the narrative is leading into the Worldsoul Saga. Hard to imagine it ending up anywhere NEAR as abysmal as Shadowlands, so I’m withholding judgement on just how good or bad Dragonflight is narratively until the story is complete. If The Worldsoul Saga is a banger, than a slow-build foundation expansion is a lot more forgivable.
Basically Nothing important happened in Shadowlands except for anduin being forced to be a death knight for a while and then being depressed at the horrible stuff he did after returning to normal, which is the root cause for him not being able to call upon the light which carried into this expansion Sylvanas is in the Maw restoring the souls of the night elves that burned in the tree, she was sentenced to do this in the end of the expansion. Tyrande… I think she relinquished most of her night warrior power And the jailer is…, well he’s really not important for now😂. There are some other stuff, but that’s most of the important ones. This is not necessarily important, but I just want to bring it up, Garrosh was locked in a basement having his energy sucked out of him, we freed him and he charged into a boss yelling for the hoard and exploded😂😂😂
Seeing as how we are moving away from the Titans, it makes sense to rely on their creations less. Besides, there’s a good chance they are inside the Dark Heart. Xal’atath specifically mentioned all the power gathered in Dalaran that was not made use of. Kinda puts everything the Shadow Priest hero accomplished in a bittersweet new light. Saved the world from the Burning Legion, but gave the Void literally everything they needed to know to strike us effectively. They are quite literally responsible for Midnight. I say that as one of them. My bad. Didn’t know Knaifu was… well okay, no… HOPED Knaifu wasn’t going to end up trying to destroy us all. Sorry.

My overall problem with War within. Is we as players know what is going. What the world soul is ect. So this story is basically a mystery we are watching NPCs solve as we already have the answer and just can't say it.
No, see, it's a War _Within,_ so this whole arc is about people dealing with emotional turmoil and psychological counseling. Because that's totally what people want from WoW. Prolonged therapy sessions and grievance counseling.
You might have missed the part where we toppled a spider empire by helping an insurrection, went against an order of necromancer and stopped a maniac from turning all earthen into zombies.

I think a bigger issue of the WoW writers is that they try to adapt the content to what they think modern audiences want. Like giving a lot of the new races female leaders, how well- or under-developed they are can be argued about. And yk like "war is bad and horrible" so the Horde and Alliance aren't after each other anymore and our latest and current enemies are only ever unredeemable big bads that want to destroy everything for their own gain without a single redeemable bone in their body, defeating the whole two-faction concept. But I do think it makes sense for WoW characters to be traumatized and talk about it with each other. If they just got over everything like it was nothing then I'd be like "They don't care about what happens, why should I?". But yeah, as a player, all I really want to do is run around and kill, as always, don't have to stay for every conversation they have.

They seem very druidic and in tune with nature, even by the standards of either connected race, and Druid magic is also known to physically alter those who use it. Look at Malfurion.

Similarly, the current Trolls, Night Elves, and Haranir are distantly related cousins, all descended from a common ancestor, not a "middle link", unless they suddenly turn out to be ancient time travelers.

They shoot the leftovers of deceased people from Dalaran into the sky (because magic and because Jaina likes boats and Kalec likes Tuskar) as a touching funeral and then it snows and they all celebrate Xmas together, the party thrown by the Silver Covenant and the Sunreavers who are both so happy that they have zero reasons to hate the other faction anymore and Khadgar shows everyone his new levetating-wheelchair-dancing moves while Jaina and Aethas sneak away to kiss under the mistletoe and start working on those 3 mary sue half-elf kids they'll have next xpac. you'd think a game of this stature and longevity would have better art direction. the character models look like someone in high school created them. Overdone, overwrought, over-colored. Not very subtle or elegant or artful. I honestly think the art style is better in classic lol.

As long as we don’t all go along with traditions blindly we may yet defeat Xalatoth. Blizzard be trying to get both horde and alliance to fight together against our common enemy threat. It works everytime.

Harronir (I think that's how the race is called? I haven't played TWW) are like... the middle link between dark trolls and night elves. But those spines confuse me as well
@@mrwerebear9199I'm guessing exposure to powerful Life energy from the roots have altered the haranir. It reminds of how Emerald Dream creatures tend to have aspects of multiple animals.
They seem very druidic and in tune with nature, even by the standards of either connected race, and Druid magic is also known to physically alter those who use it. Look at Malfurion.

We've seen how creatures of the Dream inherit some qualities of different wild gods and loa (who are kinda like minor wild gods), so it wouldn't be surprising that some creatures other than the quilboar would inherit the spines from Agamaggan. they seem to be an in-between the dark trolls and night elves, but it can be noted that the Shadowtooth clan of dark trolls worshipped Agamaggan, the progenitor of the quilboar
@@mrwerebear9199 Haranir can't be a "middle link", because that doesn't make any sense whatsoever. It's like saying that chimpanzees are the missing link between humans and gorillas. They're not. We just share a common ancestor that isn't around anymore. If anything they're cousins far removed. Similarly, the current Trolls, Night Elves, and Haranir are distantly related cousins, all descended from a common ancestor, not a "middle link", unless they suddenly turn out to be ancient time travelers.

They shoot the leftovers of deceased people from Dalaran into the sky (because magic and because Jaina likes boats and Kalec likes Tuskar) as a touching funeral and then it snows and they all celebrate Xmas together, the party thrown by the Silver Covenant and the Sunreavers who are both so happy that they have zero reasons to hate the other faction anymore and Khadgar shows everyone his new levetating-wheelchair-dancing moves while Jaina and Aethas sneak away to kiss under the mistletoe and start working on those 3 mary sue half-elf kids they'll have next xpac.
