Tua Tagovailoa was born on March 4th, 1998 in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. His parents are Galu and Diane Tagovailoa and Tua is the eldest of four in a Samoan family. The Dolphin’s quarterback grew up with a strong passion for football. In fact, when he was only eight years old, he could already throw passes more than 30 yards while the rest of his friends could only throw a little more than 10 yards. This drive didn’t come out of nowhere, Tua always says that he sees his grandpa as his main inspiration, Seu Tagovailoa who was often called “Chief Tagovailoa” and was highly respected in the Samoan community. Tua has always had family and faith present in his life. , Christianity in particular, is very common in the Samoan tradition. For this reason, Tua and his brothers are devout Christians that live by the values of respecting their parents, elders, and spiritual mentors. Some say religion is the main source behind Tua’s success, but let’s talk about how he manages to stay focused after all the fame and money. I heard somewhere Tua’s dad is left handed and he didn’t want to be the only left handed person in the family so made Tua throw left hand as well. The thing is throwing the football is all he does left handed, he still writes etc right handed. And with all the criticisms about his arm strength and supposed “noodle arm” I mean what do you expect? It’s his weak arm but just imagine how more of a deadly passer he could’ve become if he was allowed to develop his right arm to throw. His left arm has already been described as having a sniper on his shoulder. If he had developed and threw with his right arm I think they’d be no classification for that type of weapon.
Tua is a worrior. Not only should he not retire, he should and I believe he will come back and make all the haters, the hypocrites in the MSM and the NFL take there words and shove them up were the sun dont shine. Just my thoughts.
