Every race I run it I also start to wind it up in the closing stages and I always shout out loud "kick like Kenennisa" before I make that last 100m kick. It works every time. I have a 5mile race on Friday night in battersea Park. Then the South of Thanes XC 7.5mile champs this saturday. LETS GO!!
Why say there is "only one medal" (gold) that is worth? Such judgment is uncalled for. Everyone in this race is running to the best of their ability. I applaud that.
