That cart is bugged but i have passed it there are 2 ways 1st is to exactly jump on the cart to get the finish and 2nd is if u don't reach the cart then backup and try to jump on the cart Hope it helps anyone 🥰
I finished it in 1:13. You have to use rally car with tires, jump shocks, and nitro. Back up at the start to get speed. At the end, you have to jump over the rocks and land on the cart at the end. Then you have to have some durability left on the roll cage so you can slip under the wheel of the cart without dying.
