This is Vague! You can never equate the country’s National referral hospital with any other medical facility because it’s the country’s destination for all specialities, research, and capacity. You’re rating can only be viable on Private facilities and you should also provide on what basis have u rated them such as patient care, healthcare access, science and medical technology, hospital size, specialities, and testimonials not just because of which hospital is more expensive. E.g. St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor fought the Ebola epidemic in Uganda by prevention and treatment through its infectious diseases institute, you rank it lower because of its positioning in rural areas, other facilities like Cure Hospital Mbale the country’s top neurosurgical centre didn’t make it on ur list, Butabiika Psychiatric and Mental National Referral Hospital is no where to be seen, and Mulago Women’s Specialized Hospital and Neonatal Centre is the country’s top fertility institute and OBGYN teaching hospital with highest Neonatal care centre in the country so u can not rank it with some 300 bed medical centers. You can do better than that.
Well everyone has there opinion and we respect that but this Ranking is based on quality care not super speciality or hospital size mulago being national referral doesn't mean it has quality care but even that still many would dispute because you can't cover all hospitals in country unless you make a news paper but this is a hint of what many would recommend for quality care in the country.
