  • Here we are , we came up with an Indo western fusion recipe , which has taste of Indian street food and versatility touch of western food habit .its an ultimate combination of spices and cheesiest Paneer Bhurji Burger
    NOTE : THEIR IS A SLIGHT MISTAKE IN TEXT INSTEAD OF GINGER , GARLIC HAS BEEN SHOWNED KINDLY IGNORE IT !!!

    Paneer bhurji burger
    Preparation time : 10 mins
    Cooking time : 15 mins
    Serving : 2 pax
    Ingredients Quantity
    Green chutney
    Mint leaves 10-12 sprigs
    Coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Ginger 1 inch
    Green chilli 2 nos
    Lemon juice ½ nos
    Salt to taste
    Chaat masala ½ tsp
    Curd 2 tbsp
    Cabbage coleslaw
    Cabbage ½ nos
    Vinegar 1 tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Paneer bhurji
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Cumin seed 1 tsp
    Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
    Green chilli 2-3 nos
    Onion chopped 1 nos
    Tomato chopped 3 nos
    Salt to taste
    Paneer 250 gm
    Red chilli powder 1 tsp + a pinch
    Turmeric powder ½ tsp
    Garam masala 1 tsp
    Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
    Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
    Cheese 100 gm + 2 tbsp
    Burger bun 2 nos
    Butter 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp

    Chaat masala a pinch
    Garam masala a pinch
    Coriander sprig for garnish
    Method :
    1. In a blender , add mint leaves , coriander leaves , ginger , green chilli ,lemon juice ,salt , chaat masala , curd and make a fine paste , keep it aside .
    2. Now take cabbage and slice it nicely Transfer it in a bowl .
    3. Now add vinegar , sugar , salt mix it well and keep it aside .
    4. Heat a kadhai , add oil , butter ,cumin seed , ginger allow it to splutter . stir occasionally .
    5. Now add green chilli saute it well for a while .
    6. Now add onion , sauté it well until its translucent .
    7. Now add tomatoes mix it well for about 2 mins .
    8. Now add salt , mix it well , allow it to cook in a low flame for 4-5 min
    9. Meanwhile grate the paneer using grater , keep it aside .
    10. Simultanousely using hand masher , mash the onion tomato mixture 11. Now add red chilli powder ,turmeric powder , garam masala mix and sauté it well .
    12. Now add tomato sauce , red chilli sauce , and mix it well .
    13. Meanwhile take coriander leaves and chop it roughly .
    14. Now add grated paneer , mix it well thoroughly for 2 mins .
    15. Now add coriander leaves , grated cheese ,off the flame mix it up well nicely .
    16. Now take bun , split it from between and scoop out the mid portion using spoon , keep it aside .
    17. Now apply butter over the buns , then green chutney all over it .
    18. Now add cabbage coleslaw ,paneer bhurji , grated cheese and cover it with bun .
    19. Heat a tawa , add butter , place the burger buns over it , sprinkle red chilli powder , chaat masala , garam masala , chopped coriander , pan fry it from both side nicely .
    20. Transfer it to serving plate , garnish with coriander sprig .
    21. Serve hot along with green chutney .
