My dad died in 2012. I was addicted to heroin. I endured and became addicted to meth. The entire time I was using I heard God speaking to me. Then I got pregnant while addicted. It was scarier than losing my dad. I am now four years clean. And I can only give all the Glory to God!!!!

Jesus brought me this song after my husband, six year old grandson and I flipped out of a canoe in the middle of a huge lake with no one around. As we hung on to the canoe and my grandson panicked, a boat with a pastor and his family came out of nowhere and pulled us onto their boat. There is a line in this song- who pulled me out of the water, it was You! God rescued us by sending the pastor’s boat and then God gave me this song to remind me of how He helped us! God cares for us so deeply! I love You Jesus!

your comment made me well up, for I nearly drowned in our swimming pool when I was about 7-8yrs old. A rubber ring slipped round my legs and kept flipping me over and under and the more I struggled trying to swim up, the more I would just flip over and under again .. All I remember is bubbles everywhere, I could see the surface of the water and the beautiful ball of sun beyond the surface, but I couldnt reach it, then the next thing I see is an out stretched hand reaching down into the beautiful blue water surrounded my bubbles, the hand pulled me up and out by my ankle... That hand was my mums hand, God love her, God sent her to rescue me... There is even an image on google of Jesus reaching down into the water with bubbles everywhere and that is exactly the hand I saw when I was drowning.... Its taken me a long time to realise how good and great God is. I thank Him from the bottom of my heart for saving me. Amen Lord be Praised Amen

I've been through 7 weeks of chemo and radiation therapy, 5 days a week every day on radiation. But still have my head lifted high. It's all recovery from here on. I know He could have fixed it all with just one word, but many times He leads us down a path with to gain strength for what He has prepared us to take others through with us. What ever His will is. My wife of 11 years left me as well with 4 kids. We were pioneer church planting missionaries in East Asia. It is a long and tragic story, but God is good, and he’s all about bringing life in greater things out of tragedies. I always ask myself. What is the gift in this? The gift is a treasure that’s found in Christ. We truly are pilgrims in this world. One of my great friends, and missionary coworkers once told me when me “the pains and tragedies of life are a parable to remind us that we’re not home yet. Christ is our treasurer, the reward. There will be much stuffing in this world. But as Christians We walk with an unusual joy to in our suffering, because of this truth. Even in the middle of our deepest pain, our savior and our redeemer, Jesus Christ was with us. He is with us now and he will be with us tomorrow. He’ll be with us forever.
People will let us down, but Christ never will never let us down. Our joy is not to be found in the acceptance or disapproval of others. Our joy is to be found in the fact that we were bought with a price, the highest price. The son of God, Jesus Christ, laid down his life for us while we were still sinners. Now we are co-hires with Christ. We can now enjoy our inheritance, that is our true treasure Jesus Christ both now and forever.

My 22 year old son is in the hospital battling for his life with Lymes Carditis. He almost didn't make it to the hospital in time. During my 17 years of life I have never felt love from my family or caretakers. Constantly compared to my siblings or foster siblings or people I've hardly know. But God stayed with me, He sees how hard try at things. I know He loves me. He doesn't Compare. He is the father that doesn't have favorites. He stays, He has always stayed. He hasn't left us and never will. He is the one run to when I'm happy, sad, angry, frustrated, or on the verge of giving up. He lifts me up through all of it. And I pray that he would do the same for others Hallelujah to the LORD!

I lost my mother who was a strong Christian woman. A transplant that had gone bad. She and I went to all her appointments and I hurt to this day that I couldn't help her. Her death left me defeated and questioning God's love. I abandoned my God and yet he continues to remind me that he never left me. This song speaks loudly about my God's love.

I was just talking about Ruth. Something about Naomi, her husband and their sons and their traditions and culture that stuck out in Ruth’s mind that said I’m home with these people. I saw Jesus right before I got diagnosed with childhood cancer when I was 3 years old, he told me everything was going to be okay. I relapsed when I was 5 years old. I was in the hospital when I saw Jesus again sitting on a chair in my room when I was 7 years old. The next day I was cancer free. I’m 35 now.

I am 28 years old and this songs unlocks all those precious moments and season growing up, moving from one house to another and how I never understand so many things in my life. At 18 when I first give my heart to the Lord and He helped me from all of my addictions, healed me from my broken heart - growing up without any Father, helped me to forgive my mother and learnt to love myself and love others. I remember when I use to tell myself when I was in my early teens "It's okay if I have You." "You are enough for me Jesus." I had nothing growing up and just having to know Jesus, it was enough for me. Still enough for me today. I don't have much but I am content!" This song is so precious to me and I am listening and saying to My Father, "I dedicate this song to You." I never knew my biological father, Its okay! "You are my Dad and I love you with all of my heart!"
