@@martinpospisil3747 Different art takes different skills. So while a machine could create something like a painting, literature is different. Or good literature is anyway, I think a machine could easily create the sort of bad literature that dominates the market.
Good literature requires an understanding of society, and social, economic and political issues to hold a mirror up to society and say something about it with a unique perspective. This equally applies to great science fiction and fantasy. If a machine is capable of convincingly doing this it's either being led by its programmer or it's probably self aware.
That said, I think finishing an existing work of fiction is within easier reach. There is plenty of foreshadowing, and hints towards the ultimate destination of the major characters' character arcs. I think a sufficiently advanced machine could be programmed to write a good enough ending to the series. Better than Martin? Maybe? But if Martin doesn't finish it, it would still be better than nothing, and definitely better than seasons 7 and 8.

Depending on how it was trained, it would have access to all of the recorded human history and knowledge, that is accessible on the web that is. It would be far more information than any individual could ever gain. It also doesn’t need to have a proper understanding of how our society works, it just needs to convince us that it does.
@@Settiis I get what you're saying but I think you're overestimating the insight of human society that the Internet can provide into the lives of many people of societies around the world. There is a lot of misleading, biased or outright wrong data on the Internet on human society, and much of it is not numerical and easy to process.
There's also a great deal of information and experience not recorded on the Internet or that relies on subtle understanding of emotions, body language and empathy that machines lack.
That seems like a big ask to expect an AI to analyse that and create something new. Whereas spewing out some trite the likes of most forgettable commercial literature seems within easy reach.
You could be right, but if an AI was able to, then we'd probably have to ask if the programmers of such an advanced AI were the true creators and just leading the AI, or if an AI capable of all that was really alive.

Actually, he doesn't look good enough in Game of Thrones. One of the main reasons Sansa fell for him in the books was that he's really good looking. Look at the images of him on the wiki of ice and fire.
Joeffrey was considered to be very handsome in the books as he is the son of two very attractive twins. I have seen 13 year olds who look 20 and 20 year olds who look 13/14.

It didn’t changed much because GoT already is a dark fantasy, so the AI basically just gave a jawline sharper than dragon glass and called it a day.

Tbh 80s GoT works quite well. The most important parts are not special effects but the dialogue, the characters interactions and developments. Some characters like joffrey (who is cruel but handsome in the book) would quite fit the standard 80s young handsome villain arc and cercei’s look with long thicc blonde curly hair (according to the
book) would fit the 80s thicc curly hair trend. They would use animatronics for the dragons but overall it would work for an 80s fantasy show.

Grrm basically was a big fan of these types of 80s fantasy, if you see some of the older cover art, it is reminiscent of this art style. So right on the money with this video, I think it fits right in with the image that grrm probably had in his mind when he wrote the books.

G.R.R Martin published his first first book of the asoif row in 1949. 40 years later he ended the row in 1989 shortly before he died, successfully finishing his livework. They made a first series in 1982- 1990 and was a true masterpiece. They made a remake in 2011-2019 but totally altered the storyline and the last season totally ruined it.

The ages in the books are so startling compared to the show; the book ages are more realistic of medieval Europe. Ned is 35, Cat 32, Robb and Jon are 15, Hound is 28, Cersei and Jaime are 32, Tyrion 27, Dany is 13; the younger Starks are as in the books though.
I wish HBO had included the brutal scene where ser Gregor, after he and his men had taken over a Lord’s castle and the Lord complained about payment, Gregor grabs the teen daughter, savages her in front of her father and says, “my seed is my payment”, that would have been in top five most revolting and horrifying scenes ever shown on tv

You'd think an A.I. would be good at repetitive patterns but it always messes up things like fingers, teeth and in this case the battlements on top of walls and towers.
