Well to be honest there isn't any Scooter which is next to perfect every scooter has its pros and cons but it depends on your requirements I will break down for you in terms of requirements
1. Comfort - Suzuki Burgman Street EX(it's that good not promoting but honest review)
2. Hyper riding- Yamaha Aerox, Tvs Ntorq
3. Multipurpose - Honda Activa, Tvs Jupiter
4. Mileage - Suzuki Burgman , Activa , Jupiter

Mileage is somewhat close to 45Kmpl but I has increased on a economy ride to 50kmpl and service is good of suzuki try different outlets.

@SENPAI_12 it must be because of the accessories addition and if you’re opting for the top model that is the Street EX it gets a big 12 inch tyre In both front and rear so that could be one of the possible reasons but accessories are one of the reason.
