Practical Magic is MY MOVIE, do you hear me? Don't worry, I'll repeat myself, IT IS MY MOVIE🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗!!!! Ever since I was I kid, I watched this movie!! And as an adult, every Halloween, it is in my magical movies playlist, whilst I wait for kids to pass out candy. This movie, as a kid, made me realize that I was a witch. But at that time in my life, I just thought I wanted to be a witch!!! After I watched this movie, I fell in love with everything magical/spiritual. I would always tell my mom that I'm a witch, and she would always say, "okay baby." 🤣🥰
"I hope both sides of your pillow stay cool, I hope your children succeed in school, And I hope your gas tank always stay on full" is the most positive mantra/blessing/intention I've heard in a loooong time!!!
So I watched this movie years ago and after my last divorce/bad relationship I did the Practical Magic Spell for my True Love Soulmate Twin Flame. 8 months later 3 psychics & 1 numerologist told me he was coming. We have now been married for 4 years and God/Goddess is he perfect!!! Ok no human is 100% Perfect lol but he is perfect for me!! No lying, cheating, baby momma's, disrespect, drugs, alcohol or other drama & bs! This woman is hella happy and blessed to be married to the man of my dreams!
Yooo if I see one more church movie about a daughter scared to tell her pastor dad she wants to sing R&B I’m going to scream lmao that is the go to storyline lmao
Yessss 💯 Btw I feel like the craft should have NEVER been remade !!!! No one can fill the shoes of the original actors, ESPECIALLY fairuza balk's!!! (Who is a witch in REAL life!!!) What next, remaking practical magic and casting one of those talentless insipid gen z tiktok h0es in lieu of Sandra and Nicole??? Nahhhhhhh the affront, whats up with hollywood, remakes are supposed to be made hoping for a BETTER version of an old movie due to better budgets/better technological advances/better actors/etc, not destroy it....yeuch, I REBUUUUUUKE!!!! 😅🤪
This movie along with the Craft, Hocus Pocus, and the first two HalloweenTown movies are key films on how I started to tap into my abilities more. Practical Magic came much later - I knew of the film for a long time but I watched it for the very first time last year not long after I turned 30 and I’m so glad I did. ❤
Practical Magic and Hocus Pocus are two of my favorite movies. Both movies were overlooked back in the day, but now both movies are golden. Love the video 😍
I literally had no idea this was the movie with Sandra bullock . I LOVE THIS MOVIE !!! But now I have to watch it as an adult with new interest 🥰🥰 I’m watching this movie AS SOON as the review is done
I’ve always loved this movie!!! It resonated with me because sadly my family is full beautiful widows. Like the Owens family, everyone is gifted in a certain area, prayer (casting/manifestation) cooking (healing/potions), having the “sight” etc. My absolute favorite part is when Sally comes out of closet and creates her local coven. Such a feel good movie.
This has always been one of my favorite movies growing up. I'm 23 years old now, and when i tell you, I loooovvveeeee pratical magic, I read the book and the sequel, and this movie has always been it
I love the film practical magic. It's one of my all-time favorites! I wish there was a black female version out there too. Not exactly like the film but one that (We) could look at and relate to.
YESSSS! It would be so good! They always portray black witches in a nasty light. Always with a dark, cursed, or demonic way. It makes me so mad🙄 My brother and I are biracial and we were tortured growing up. Even in daycares! I found so much love and acceptance by some amazing Grandma's and Aunties in black church, the lunch ladies at school, & my favorite teacher Ms. Richardson. They were all beautiful black witchy Queens who loved, accepted, protected, taught, and cared for me. They taught me that I come from a long line of powerful witchy women on BOTH sides! My great grandmother was an Appalachian Irish witchy woman that gave readings and healing up in the mountains.. My grandma, her daughter, was extremely gifted as well and taught me to believe in my power. Ms. Richardson still comes to me in "dreams" to teach me spiritual truths and take me through initiations. It's amazing! I wish these types of black witchy women were portrayed. It's so loving and powerful❤
The yellow jasper! Almost always and I mean nearly ALWAYS gets rid of my heart burn. It clings to me like a very weak magnet and goes to work!❤ It is like taking baking soda without the sodium and thr burping. Just rest it over the stomach, not the belly but to stomach. Works almost every time.
I paused the video at “Witches putting brooms by the door” bc I have a broom by my front door. A lot of times I do stuff out of instinct and later find out the meaning from it, just practical things..
I have loved this movie since I was young. It has taken on a whole different meaning since I realized witches weren't just characters in a movie. This movie has always resonated with me, and still does. I watch it at least once a year ❣
Ever since I was younger, I have also been into the supernatural side. Yes, I did see Practical Magic, I loved it also. Witches of Eastwood is also a good Movie. I would love to have more movies out by us, but what I noticed is that we are more private with our craft.
it's actually not a sleeping mixture, it's straight bella donna. she call's it jet's bella donna because their aunt jet grows it. great movie, shows so much love and strength, and also so many ways to heal yourself if you watch closely what all jet grows when they show the garden and the greenhouse. i love listening to your voice explain my favorite movies. great job honey!!!!
I love this movie so much and it always breaks my heart when sally cried “I was really happy” to her sister, that pain hurts when it’s just snatched away.
I just rewatched Practical Magic yesterday after not watching it for years. And then...boom! You post a practical magic video. It was meant to be. The vibes are all there. The soundtrack to the movie is *chef's kiss*.
I fell in love with this movie as a child. My dad is a well known pastor so all things witchy were off limits, but I was ALWAYS drawn to it. This movie has been a go to film throughout my lifetime. It's my idea of romance lol!
You did so good telling that story of Practical Magic! That was my favorite witchy movie growing up and I could literally play it out in my head listening to you! Thanks I enjoyed that!
I got my incense and peridot necklace and lepidolite necklace today. Thank you ma'am. I'm getting ready to put them at the head of my bed to tune them into my energy. I've loved this movie everytime I've watched it.
When you mentioned that using lotions and teas are part of witches craft, it really resonated with me. I refer to my stuff as lotions and potions. I grow a lot of my own herbs, roots and various flowers to make teas. I use those along with store bought spices, dried herbs and teas that I combine to brew up my own special potions. A lot of people in my age bracket seem to suffer from insomnia, anxiety, pain and low energy. I custom brew tisanes that combat those ailments. Mostly for myself. A lot of people are wary of teas, or are just unaware unaware about the medicinal uses of plants. They'll use over the counter meds, or stuff from a pharmacy. But plant medicine is powerful. Midwives and wise women were often the doctors in their villages. They grew plants and treated sick people the tintures. Oftentimes the plant sources work so much better than the over the counter versions. Of course we still need antibiotics, vaccinations etc. I'm very grateful for modern medicine. Some things can't be treated with plants. But for a lot of ailments they seem to work even better
Omg I love this movie it’s been coming up in my readings for about 2 yrs. now💯 I just watched this movie a couple months ago I laugh I cry and get the warm feels every time I watch this movie 🫶🏾🫶🏾
How cool is this??when you posted this video 2 days ago- I was watching this movie- one of my favorites and so enjoyed your video- sending love and blessings your way for divine, abundant success!
She wanted him to be able to ride a horse backwards. Remember one of the daughters asked him if he could ride a horse. The daughters realized he was moms true love before anyone else did. He would have been poisoned if the little girls didn’t throw the syrup over the edge.
Practical Magic is one of my favorite movies ever. And funny enough the magic bit wasn't the biggest thing for me as much foreshadowing as it was. Lol. But it was the way she set an intention and did a spell for something thinking it was going to be impossible but then it happened anyway. I loved their family dynamics and the part where he was like: "I called for you too." 🥺 I felt very isolated as a child and the fact that by the end her sister came back, she had a good relationship with her aunts and was able to get re-married. And the PEACE of these towns people leaving her alone. 🙄 This movie was really actually a piece of practical magic for me, because it gave me hope.
Omg I love this movie it’s been coming up in my readings for about 2 yrs. now💯 I just watched this movie a couple months ago I laugh I cry and get the warm feels every time I watch this movie 🫶🏾🫶🏾 what I love most about this movie is that the had a community karma that could only be corrected by them coming together the wives of the town whom originally shunned and misunderstood the matriarch of the Owen’s line. Town curse lifted community coming together bloodline curse lifted blood pack truly amazing and magical
Hi Blaque Witch I really appreciate you starting to do breakdowns on movies. I look forward to each one. Is it okay to make a small recommendation? I would really love to hear more about witchy stuff that is within the movies you breakdown. I would like to hear more about your personal insights on the craft that is being displayed in the film. You are a captivating storyteller, but I find 95% of the breakdown is giving an entire run through of the movie. I humbly ask if it's possible to flip that where only 5% is to provide a general quick synopsis of the film people should have already watched and the other 95% is talking about the witchy elements, life lessons of the characters, insights about the character's actions, etc. I really love all you do and look forward to more. Thank you for the consideration.
Girl! I’m about to go home and watch this movie tonight! I forgot that I loved it 😂! Teen Witch and Love Potion No. 9 (Sandra Bullock is in this one too) too!!!
In the books the belladonna was something that Aunt jet taught them to use for sleeping . Another word for belladonna is verbenaAlso the name of Salley shop
Hey Yaya, I found this book that’s supposed to be a black witchy story written by a black woman… I immediately thought of you and this video because the reviews said if you like Practical Magic you’ll love this book. It’s called Black Candle Women by Diane Marie Brown 🖤

Hiya, I didn’t see that video where she mentioned that but I think it could be a birth chart. My mother ordered me one online for my birthday years ago, we went with a company called Equinox. It’s really insightful because they use numerology and I think they even use your name to find out what will happen or is happening in your life. It covers your personality, your career, school life etc.
I read that book and the movie I love that movie and the book! that woman that asked for the love spell in the beginning they told her it can’t be undone and she goes ahead with it but then later on she comes back she’s miserable she is saying he won’t leave her alone he has sex with her until she raw etc like they said be careful what you wish for! I feel sorry for Matthew...the aunties attracted him with magic toward Sally while he was minding his business 😢
He was already attracted to sally . The spell tie aunts did was to give both he and Sally a little push to act on their feelings.
I would luv to here u do the wicker man, and Eve’s Bayou
She did Eve’s Bayou love!
Love this movie! One of my favorites...love where Sally says, "there's no devil in the craft..." 😊💜
