It's ok to cry when listening to music. I've cried listening to it too - and I'm a guy. Music is supposed to move us. It's beautiful that you cried during your reaction honey. ❤
I was 15 yrs old when I watched him sing this beautiful song on the Andy Williams show in 1965. I am 74 yrs old and still get goosebumps when I hear him sing this beautiful song. He owns this song! RIP Bobby! We miss you. ❤
I'm with you! lol He is amazing! Who can sing like that Live and wow the audience ?!! They were truly amazing and I feel blessed that I got be around to see and hear them!
@@MrMacky-co6zn So beautifully said, and so true. Men knowing how to speak to women in their language, and actually feeling it themselves, is a talent all on its own.
Knocked out of the park, raw, straight up, NO AUTOTUNE, PURE TALENT, and he delivers with ice for nerves and brought the heat for the heart and emotions!
I remember at dances in the Sixties we'd love to dance to this because the girl would react just as these women giving their reaction while they were in your arms.
If you don’t tear up while listening to this incredible vocalist, you have no heart. I’ve been listening to them for over fifty years and still get emotional. you might Wana listen to You’ve Lost That Living Feeling. Peace
Probably the most beautiful and powerful solo performance of all time... Bobby Hatfield literally had the voice of an angel... If angels can sing, they would sound like this... Beautiful 👌
i am glad to see the younger generation hear Bobby Hatfield sing this beautiful song. I was also 15 years old when I first heard this song back in 1965. Still tear up every time.
Bobby was an angel for giving the world this song a true hearted moment to anyone who appreciate great music and tears from the heart ...RIP ...Your song will never be forgotten , this will stand the test of time forever ♥️.
Your reaction says it all doll❤.. Bobby Hatfield was a phenomenal and one of a kind singer.. I was 12 when this was aired on TV in 1965.. made me cry then and still does..
Beautiful reaction!!! This song crosses language and culture. The melody is so catchy that the words don't even matter. I think that is why this song is universally considered romantic. Even if English is not your first langauge, the melody of this song is understandable by everyone as being very romantic and special 💕
This was actually the most played song on the radio in the entire 20th century. It was written from the perspective of a prisoner wondering if his lady would still be there for him when he got out of prison.
Let those tears flow, Ms OP, it's only natural. I may have watched this exact video close to 300 times and I can honestly say the eyes get all misty EVERY TIME STILL. Your tears are a sort of applause and recognition of the singer's presentation. Obviously a sincere, heartfelt reaction.
You’re so beautiful sweetheart…you look amazing… 😘😘😘it’s perfectly ok to have those emotions towards a song… they really knew how to deliver a ballad as great as this..
Your reaction to this song is priceless. I was 15 when Bobby Hatfield did this song live. Gave me chills back then and I still get chills now hearing at 72 . Thank you so much. 😂
Totally understand yr emotion to this beautiful song, im listening since it hit the charts 64 or 65 still get tears of joy. He is one of the greatest singers ever! Have you reacted to him and Bill Medley? They belted out such great songs as You lost that Loving Feeling Soul and Inspiration Little Latin Lupe LU For once in my Life and they were on 🔥 Fire doing Night Time is the Right Time. Best of success on yr channel!!
I get emotional every time I hear that cuz he was so cute and he died so young so that makes me feel bad for him plus I'm 89 now and I was young then also so that makes me sad and he was one of the best singers ever and still is there's about two more of it are good in my opinion and when is the lead singer of The Platters and then there's the lead singer of Queen seems like I had one more well no use racking my brain it's late at night I'll think of it later . Thank you for the video I liked your reaction.🤩🎄🏵
I’m delighted you chose the clip with the interview at the start! The boys really hated those pink suits! When he sung this his parents were in the audience!
Hon….we all get choked up on this one. Guys, Girls….doesn’t matter, it’s just one of those ones that singer and song resonate literally, through you🤷♂️❤️
Let it out kiddo. I'm 64 and played this song about a million times after my first girlfriend broke up with me in grade 11. Cried my eyes out. I thought maybe but nope it wasn't be be. She started treating me pretty badly in our friend set so I left them all. I guess I get the last laugh because I have been married to a wonderful woman for 36 years. Lori is in her 60s and never married. Managed to pop out a couple of kids for 2 different guys. The song still takes me back to that time.
No one could this song like Bobby did! He was amazing!! New sub here! I dont see that you have done You've Lost That Feeling By The Righteous Brothers..? If you have please let me know! I saw the one version you watched with Elvis singing that song...but not the Righteous Brothers!
I keep getting drawn back to this song, this performance and I’m not sure why. The song was popular way before my time and it’s in a music style I’ve never followed. A while back I saw a post on another channel claiming that this was the greatest live singing performance of all time. Perhaps that explains my attraction. Perfection commands your attention and draws you to it like nothing else.
It's my first time sitting in with you today, thank you for allowing me to do that! Bobby makes your womanhood quiver a bit doesn't he? I loved your reaction!
I loved the studio recording of this song when it first came out a year or so before this. I didn’t see this live version when it was on the Andy Williams show. It popped up on my phone 3 years ago. I was blown away! This was about the only song my husband would dance would dance with me to because he knew how much I loved it. He died almost 15 years ago. I play this video often and just let the tears fall because I feel him close to me.
Look at Bobby Hatfield’s facial features, his relaxed features while singing is the mark of a top singer. This song is about a man in prison thinking about his love.
Bobby's tenor voice is from the heavens. He has it all talentand looks many women fell for him.Bill has the baritone voice together they shouldn't blend together but they do together they are pure magic.Listen to Your my soul and my heart Inspiration ♥ you love that one to.hope you listen to it.
This is what we were falling in love to in the '60s. If you want to experience Bill's vocal prowess, listen to "I Just Want To Make Love To You". Or, anything else they do together. Thanks for sharing your reaction - it was like hearing it fresh all over!
It's alright to cry ~ I'm a 72 year old man and I cry every time I hear this song.
Same here. I'm 76. Lost my sweet Forever Love 3 years ago. I miss her so. This is me speaking to her.

I used to sing a bit when I was young. When ever this song was played while I was slow dancing I would sing along with it. Believe it works.

I can see on your face that we are the same way with songs. I cry sometimes when I hear something. I still tear up every time I listen to this song
You’d probably like Aaron Nevel
Sweet baby girl. This is deeper than the song. I'm a 62 yo Gma from ON, Canada. I'm here if you want to talk.

Todo mi ser se estremece al escuchar la hermosa voz de Bobby, maravillosa!!!!!
To reinforce, Bill Medley was not, in Fact, Bobby Hatfield's brother. 😊 Beautiful reaction, thank you. 👼🕊️🌹🥰
You tore me all up.
Remember this was LIVE T V back in 1965. And Bobby just got over a cold.
This should have been called 'The Prisoner's Song'... .
Seu choro foi verdadeiro
Porque eu também chorei
Awesome singer, isn't he??! 😊
Beautiful woman reacting to the Righteous Brothers never gets ojd. Nice .
