I am so impressed with Puy and her work ethic, as I have watch her so much! I am amazed that Puy is still so lovely and vibrant in her life! She could ..use a hitch on her Honda cycle that would tow her cart behide her!
I'm not a dog expert, but from my experiences I have to think these Huskies and some other breeds originated from the frozen north are among the top 5 dogs you'd want as a furry member of your family. They have every attribute that humans most love about dogs. The only problem, and I've seen this where I live in the hot hot hot American desert southwest, is I would think they'd experience some great discomfort living in the overheated tropical climates of Thailand and other countries in SEA. As we saw in the video, these dogs are built and programmed to run outside and have thick fur to protect them from the insanely cold temperatures of the northern climates such as Siberia and Alaska. They get worn out and quickly overheated in very hot weather. They'll never complain though - just be great dogs for the people they live with, but less energetic than they're built to be once they step out of an air conditioned environment on a 100 degree day in the desert. Great video Puy!
Yes the thick undercoat of fur needs to be maintained and brushed out, because it is not needed in tropical climates.

A hot tropical climate is not a place for a cold weather dog like a Siberian Huskey😢. Those poor dogs are all panting. I still like Puy❤
Siberian Huskies are happy dogs. I was owned 12 Huskies for 6 years a go, I miss them.

I'm surprised you find Huskies in such a tropical environment, seems like they would overheat.
People have used Huskies in Antarctica before but a long time ago, in the 1990's there is some kind of law that says only natural Antarctic animals may be there AND Humans, so that's why they don't use them there any more. I love these dogs, my favorite. They are "drama queens" but great with kids! I'd love one but I would also love to travel eventually. My kids would have loved that place!!! I am SO HAPPY that you had a great day there Puy! Lucky for me, I see (and sometimes hear) Huskies near my home, every day! 🙂

One thing about Siberian Huskies...if they are an only dog, they will howl constantly. Therefore, you need to consider getting two or another breed.
