In this video, we explore the creative and colorful world of LEGO Mixels which lasted for 3 years and resulted in 81 fun, wacky Mixel characters at a very affordable $5 price point. From the firey Infernites to the slimy Glorp Corp and hungry Munchos, many unique tribes lived in Mixopolis (the city of Mixels). Mixels used cubits to MIX MURP or MAX and enjoyed trolling the Nixels who were ruled by King Nixel. With its fun and light hearted animations on Cartoon Network combined with clever brick built LEGO characters released in stores worldwide, LEGO Mixels was a massive success. Mixels was my childhood. I remember rushing to the store every time a new wave of these guys came out I hope Mixels makes a comeback someday.

I really want Mixels to make a comeback. Like, re-release the old sets as they were with no alterations, and give use new themes and new characters for existing tribes. We got 6 members for the Infernites, the Frosticons, and the Glorp Corp, but only 3 for every other tribe? Like come on, it's so uneven, we need more!

Agree. When I become a film director, one of my works will be Mixels revival.
I will make Lego release all existing sets again, along with new sets like location sets (with some objects of the environment and background mixels), Nixels sets (one will feature Major Nixel) or cubit packs (set, where you could build your own cubit). And soon, new series will be coming (letting fan-made series of toys become official). Cartoon will also have new work, like expanding season 2 with shorts, and making all future seasons with both shorts and specials.

Mixels was one of my favorite shows; the colors and aesthetics of it were incredible. So were the cartoons as well. I wish that LEGO went with more color combinations cuz I loved the introduction and lore of each new tribe

I actually really enjoyed the Mixels series. I had at least one character from each tribe up to the Medivals, and I managed to get my hands on all three characters from the Fang gang, Spikel and Orbiton tribes.
My favorite Mixel is Scorpi. A scorpion has no right looking that adorable.
And I agree- Volectro's hair is a favorite Lego piece in my collection.
Mixels was one of the most best Lego concepts it was a weird theme but the idea to combine other mixels with mixels is pretty cool
Toddlers these days will never have the experience of going to Walmart in 2014-2016 and seeing Mixels and getting a polybag, building, and breaking it a few days later.

Mixels is a good example of original ideas is just as good as licensed sets
Bionicle is another. Man I’d love it if they rereleased Bionicle in the compact brickbuilt style of Mixels.
I remember loving these when I was younger, my dad would get one for me occasionally and my brother when we would visit him. It's super nostalgic to see this in my recommended.
My favorite was Slumbo, I remember getting the ice bit of it's hand getting stuck in between two of the floorboards. It's still there to this day.
mixels was actually how i got into lego in the first place! out of all of them, burnard is my favorite, cause he was one of the first mixels i ever got, alongside globert back in june 2015!

Mixels were amazing, I'm sad they are gone. It's the most fun to combine them in any way possible, Lego sets can't get more fun as most are just made for display and become boring after a while.

Globert has always been my favorite Mixel, as time went on, the Mixels slowly became less familiar as they left their roots and went to a city theme, which makes sense, and allows for more ideas, but I still miss the old seasons.

I love Mixels, and I regret not buying more when I was younger. My favorite tribe is the Flexers, which I had, as well as the fang gang. How I wish I could go back to 2014.
Mixels is the LEGO theme I love the most ever since it was released.
Due to its low price, I was able to collect every single sets in the theme during my childhood, and actually, I even bought 2 same sets for some series.
I usually disassemble most of the sets I built after a while, but I'm still keeping and displaying my Mixels collection on my shelf right now.
I have so many good memories of Mixels as a kid.

Ahh Mixels. The nostalgia is so strong with this one. I was obsessed with Mixels, as they solidified my love for Lego. And I have such fond memories of the show too. An underrated series and Lego theme. Goodbye Mixels, I will always love you. My favorite Mixel was either Camelot or Zorch.
My brother was a massive fan of Mixels. Creative, useful parts and at £3 in the UK the value was undeniable. I feel like this kinda theme could come back, the potential for characters and creativity are something I think lego could use

Since my birth, my dad started working in other country and every time he visited me and my mum for holidays he gave me Mixels set as a gift.
My favorite mixel was Globert, one of the reasons being. that me and my cousin took a picture of a lego statue of him, at a Lego fest in Houston.
I still remember these back in 2014 and you're one of the channels recommend me to play the game "who's in the mix". That game made me buy those sets. Mixels had charm and I appreciate it's existence.

Geez. I remember that ice sport episode along with a couple of commercials. It caught me in a flash when I saw these colorful characters. One day when I got older, I was wondering what I’ll be looking at from what I remembered so I chose this very show. And now, to this day, it is still my favorite guilty pleasures! 😊
I remember being obsessed with collecting these little guys. Scorpi was definitely my favorite.

This is perfect timing because I just finished my own mixel trio with a food theme and posted it yesterday. I loved the mixels theme and when everyone is talking about bringing back bionicle I want to bring back mixels! Great video showcasing the history of a great theme.

whenever me and my brother got 15 dollars we would always ask out mother if we we could go to target to get mixes and we would get one entire tribe of mixels each. The them was great because we could get cool little monsters and if we wanted too we could instead of having three little monsters we could have 1 big monster. I really wish lego brings this back, it was such a cool and affordable line

I'm honestly not sure who my favorite mixel is, but I remember I loved the Electroids. Teslo was my favorite of those guys, but I'm not sure if he was my overall favorite. I love Flurr of the Frosticons too, just a silly little dragon dude.
I miss these sets! These sets, along with the Chima series, were my absolute favorite LEGO sets growing up.
The space, purple gluttony, pirate, doctor, and police guys are my favorite.
I love this theme. They really highlight the creativity you can achieve with Lego by inspiring people to combine their sets in funny and imaginative ways.
Recently, I actaully bought the three electroids still sealed. My final goal is to have all of the original 9 mixels (they're the most nostalgic ones for me) opened and sealed.

Mixels I. Nostalgic for me. I remember always being excited for a new wave, and the t hey day that I found out they were discontinued I became sad. I even loved watching the show as a kid. I also always made custom cubits. The classic ice and also Pirates are my favorite.

I remember my first mixel was Sergio - since then I have been able to collect almost every mixel, only missing a couple of the earliest ones and completely missing out series 9 :(
This is definitely my favourite lego theme and I am sad to see that they haven't even gone back over it since it ended. Still, it gave me many fond memories and it will forever remain as my top lego theme

Back then I bought a lot of Mixels sets for the ball joints alone. I usually built them once, then disassemble them to make larger mechs
Scorpi is my favorite. Even after using his parts for a MOC, I would still rebuild him after I deconstructed the MOC. I don’t use his parts for MOCs anymore after losing the instructions.
The best theme (and my favorite since I'm a die hard fan) ever in 2014 (well that and The Lego Movie)
The Weldos were, from what I could remember, the only tribe I completed. I even kept a big bag with the 3 in it and occasionally took them apart and built the Weldo max combo whenever I could. Sadly, I've lost all of my mixels. I really want to get some sets back from this theme, especially re-completing Weldos again. I also had Scorpio, Sweepz and Gobbol, Glomp and Glurt, and maybe one of the police ones but I forget who it was. This theme and Nexo Knights I adored back then.
I honestly miss that brand. I am one away from creating the Infernites Max.

My fav mixels i dont even have. I have a fire cousin, a mixie, and a orbiton. I just want a snoof (frosticon cousin) and a berp (muncho). I had a snax, but lost it. Im still sad.

GOD I am so sad that I never bought any of these when I had the chance, didn't realize how great so many of these designs were. as a massive Bionicle fan since the beginning, these honestly make me feel the way those did more than anything else Lego has done. The elemental tribes, the worldbuilding, the fantastic and unique designs and pieces, it's all so good. hope I can get some of these one day.
Man, I've been first introduced to mixels since the very beginning of its first episode in 2014 and the commercials on cartoon network and mixels was like my favorite thing EVER, it was so PEAK! I always love the lego sets and I miss mixing and maxing them together and always playing the games and on the mixels website as well. I have a lot of fond memories of the sets to, I hope it comes back some day cause I really miss those funny looking creatures, my favorite tribe has got to be the glorp corp because I really like the color green and glurt is my favorite mixel from that tribe as well with scorpi and nurp naut and so many more! I'm an og of the series and I'm really glad to experience mixels back in the day and I will forever be a mixels fan in my heart 😌👍
Loved 'em. I got started kinda late, with the Lixors, which is still my favorite. I have a "Lego" diorama of my favorite baseball team, The Giants, being eaten by Mixels.
These sets are perfect for an adult fan like me. I don’t have the money nor space for large sets, but I love tinkering and building little mechs and characters on my desktop. I call it a “desktop collection” and it all fits in one shoe-box sized bin.
Randomly decided to drop down the mixels rabbit hole on a whim and it’s honestly pretty cool to see it still have a fanbase after all this time. Anyway, my favorite is definitely vampos, mainly because that was the only mixel I ever got, kid me really loved dragons back then, so while I was with my mom at a store I thought “eh, that looks dragon-enough” and ended up getting it. I actually still have it today, since I didn’t have any other mixels I just spliced in various other parts from other sets.

I really liked these guys and have just under 30 of them on my shelves. So much more personality than Funko Pops.
I remember getting the long-necked fire department guy, and the guitar and the drum set guys, but not the trumpet, unfotunately.
