I love how RDJ has to explain in the background to Cillian about the whole "Peleton Instructor" thing. Murphy really is detached from the circus of the internet, fair play to him.
I think people don’t realise how much RDJ is helping them navigate award season technically. First of all such a masterpiece all awards deserved and it’s soooooo good to see introverts finally getting center stage! The awards don’t generally love introverts and the way RDJ who’s definitely not an introvert and he knows the ins and outs of Hollywood is supporting them in this campaign is absolutely priceless and precious! Go Oppenheimer! To the Oscars!
@@secretariatmm4238he's a ENFP actually, people get it wrong bc he plays a lot of ENTP characters. Look up Enfp and Intj duo, they were literally made for each other :)
That first reporter needs to have his press pass for these types of events fucking revoked. First he takes up time pointlessly telling Christopher that his uncle met Oppenheimer, then he asks this really awkward, over thought, self seving question that immediately had everyone on stage scrambling for how to answer in front of lots of people. He asks what is both the tragedy and the message (two things that are not opposites) of the character of Oppenheimer? This is the kind of thing you'd expect a film student to write an essay on over the weekend, not the kind of question you'd ask a stage full of actors at the golden globes. Plus nobody cares about that question, ask Chris and Emma what winning this award means to them, same with cillian and rdj, maybe Get everyone on stage to say a thing they're proud of about the film. The second reporter is fucking perfect. It's a quick fun question about the pelaton incident that keeps things light and is something people wanna hear about. these people are at a party of sorts, this will likely be the last we will see of Chris and Emma until we know what Chris' next film will be. So keep it light, don't ask loads of questions about Oppenheimer that have been covered a million times in the build up to release. Ask about the awards, ask a jokey question like the second guy, maybe ask if Chris has had a chance to watch any new films since finishing this film. I don't appreciate this douchebag at the beginning using this event to try and show how smart and interesting he is at the expense of everyone who watches this. Hopefully this is the last we hear of him.
@@robertfraser8602 what a weird question. The only name I shortened was Christopher, which I initially spelt out fully and then shortened it to Chris, as it is much easier to type quickly. I clearly am not speaking about these people like they are my friends, what is my motivation to do so? I'm not in somewhere physical where that might impress anyone, I'm a faceless avatar on TH-cam. For all you know I do know Christopher Nolan, it still wouldn't do any good to brag about it in this TH-cam comment section would it? Reading back through my comment I really didn't try and convey any sense of familiarity with the celebrities in this video and this is completely blatant. The only reason I can think for you to say that is that you had a problem with what I said, but you weren't intelligent enough to rebuttal it in any way so you just took a stab in the dark. God knows what reason you have to disagree with what I said but I can guarantee from what you said that you are stunningly unintelligent.
And I will become an Atiest and ignore all my religious upbringing all in order to agree and say whatever my great director tells me to and say Jesus was not the most important man that walked this earth Mr Oppenheimer was Period!! The very man who was responsible for the deaths of many innocents,,young children!!!
Congrats to Oppenheimer and all the cast and crew. Best film of 2023.
Loved the “have I?” 3:05 said with his delicious Irish accent and charm.

Well done to Chris Nolan, his partner & team.
Congratulations to Cillian, a great Irish actor!!
The Irish too! Don’t forget Cillian!
@prettiymurch426 I loved him in Peaky Blinders, such a good actor.
You should never suppose that an actor named Cillian Murphy is British, tut tut….
And if you don’t know the difference use Google , no offence..
they should have let Chuck speak.
