Listened to this on repeat a million times. Brings me back to when I was a kid, playing in my backyard on a warm summers day imagining myself fighting orcs with a stick.

Hobbits were also an ignorant people who have no understanding or appreciation for how their peace was kept for so long. Being a rational neutral force is not the same as being morally good.
A beautiful cover of such a sweet and gentle tune, a joyful reminder that what we all really want is some peace, good food, and friends, makes me wish i could go back to being a child again reading and watching the story unfold for the first time.
I can imagine a hobbit starting his or her own cooking show, and this music would be used during the program as they setup the table or as a montage of the grand feast was highlighted lol and all the guests gathered at the early evening banquet.
Incredible on all fronts. Perfet tone, amazing keeping time with both the rythym and lead, and a nice healthy bit of your own personal improv to keep it interesting while still staying true and respectful to the original feel of the work. Thank you for posting this, I really enjoyed it!

Alas, while deeply concerned with hobbits, the arrangement seems to have been written with elvish hands in mind. You make it so easy-going, but for hobbyists like me (not quite the same species) it is something to aspire to.
This was the one piece of music I was able to choose at my wedding, and it was played on loop as the entry/waiting music while close friends and family filed in to the registry office. It kept me calm. Listening to this beautiful arrangement has just brought me back a raft of happy memories. Thank You. :)
