@@White_Recluse i guess u did not , she did not slept with her she is upset cause that girl that stayed over slept with a guy she still likes but cant tell him

Sure she OBJECTIVELY realised that after she signed the divorce papers and slept with other dudes. The time hooch episode did show that a big reason for their breakup was because of Alex picking fights with her over little things . He acknowledges that a lot of their problems did come from him too and that in a lot of ways he pushed her away from the relationship. Also the relationships Bridgette has had since have all been shallow with one episode dedicated to how she subconsciously doesn't want a commitment. I think her big wake up call to get jealous was because she understood that Hannah was Alex's perfect woman, making the chance that he would leave forever concrete to her for the first time ever. She thought she was comfortable with them seeing other people because no relationship thus far actually pulled them apart from each other. They still lived together, hung out together, supported each other... And then Hannah appeared. I just think it's kind of blind for people to try to reduce the nuances to something as petty as "He can't move on! Only me!"
Bridgette is the kind of girl who doesn't know what she wants. Once she sees someone enjoying the thing she already had but threw away she'll want it back more then ever. Those kinds of people are such a pain to deal with
This does reflect Bridgette's personality. She's afraid of commitment and she assumes that Alex would always be around as a backup. But the second that backup was gone, she lost it because now she had no one to fall back on for emotional and physical support. Kinda sucks, Alex and Hannah were great for one another. To me it would've been better for him to leave with Hannah.
@@michaelkelly8956 no lol this has nothing to do with being in a relationship and everything to do with her not properly dealing with her feelings and tankiing her future relationships because she's hung up on her ex
It's both a mixture of jealousy since she can't find someone to connect to, as well as a deep longing because she and Alex USED to have that same connection.
FFS! Can't bridgette just make good choices for once. I mean I don't like Alex but the man gave up banging a goddess to be with her and less than two minutes later she out here on the streets again.
What? This is before that happens. This is literally the goddess in disguise before she reveals herself to Alex. Did you even watch the show? Cuz it ends with Bridgette and Alex back together.
In the divorce papers episode, you see every fight technically be caused by Alex's immaturity and insensitivity. She broke it off because she kept getting burned, which Alex realized and started to correct after the fact which helped begin the healing process. Bridgette also realized over time there were immature qualities to herself that she started to correct like in the toothbrush episode. There was also the exercise bike episode where she was technically okay with Alex pursuing another woman without issue and could potentially have sex with her, if not for him getting killed in the process. But after the divorce papers episode, Alex and Brigette have been on really good terms and have hung out together, even by themselves. And in this episode, Bridgette realized she just couldn't find a good match for herself that she was beginning to be open to the idea of getting back together with Alex... THEN Hannah got introduced. It wasn't in a way where Hannah got introduced first and Bridgette started getting jealous, she was already on her way getting back together with him, and she quickly acknowledged that she had no chance against Hannah immediately before she was introduced to Alex. Brigette technically wasn't being shitty. She just had very poor timing, too short to act on her re-emerging feelings fast enough. She was okay with him dating in the past and she was trying to move on before then as well. This was different, not because of Hannah but because of herself. Hannah just accelerated her development and pushed her into many different emotions that probably wouldn't have happened if Hannah wasn't literally a perfect match for him.
That's right, they are divorced, and there is an episode where Alex had to learn not to change the past, sign the divorce papers, and move on. However, both Alex and Bridgette still live together under the same roof despite the divorce, they remained as friends and shared some misadventures together where one helps the other or both have to work together to solve a problem. It was a matter of time romantic feelings re-emerged. And now let's put that Bridgette is going through bad luck in dating, so she could unconsciously want to return with Alex like some kind of rebound.
The refreshing part of this sort of dynamic in their relationship is how even though Bridgette had found peace after divorcing Alex, if anything it acted like the break she needed to realize that maybe, just maybe, she didn't NOT love Alex, she just...needed to try a different approach with their relationship to make it work. It's a very sincere motivation that isn't the tired "I saw him sleep with someone else" given the fact that she began rediscovering these feelings BEFORE Hannah entered the picture.
