probably it's a short on the main 12v input supply .... the USB port should not be used to charge phones or power banks

@@skynetdigitalmedia7683 try to swap Memory/eeprom lC,, if not you have a big problem,, the processor is dying easily on those Decorders

My Open View keeps restarting before it even displays the logo. It doesn't restart when I manually initiate a software upgrade process but starts restarting immediately after completing the process. Any Ideas? Thank you

Try replacing eeprom ic chip,, Taking note that Any Faulty Can Cause it to behave in that way

Hi friend thanks for the informative video. What can be the problem if you plug in the power adapter the green light goes on but you can not switch it off with the power button or the remote?

first check the switch button, if its good that's too bad probably u can't fix it, you will have problem with the main Controller....99% the main controller/processor is getting shorted easily.

Try using isopropyl alcohol it vapours faster as compared to Spirit,,
