In addition to the all-new IMSA GTLM Championship Edition, the 2022 Corvette Stingray lineup features three new exterior colors: Hypersonic Gray, Caffeine and Amplify Orange Tintcoat1. A new low-profile rear spoiler and the Z51 design front splitter will be offered on non-Z51 models.
Corvette Stingray’s LT2 6.2L V-8 engine enters 2022 with an upgraded direct injection fuel system, improved engine calibration and an enhanced Active Fuel Management range. It remains rated at 490 horsepower or 495 horsepower, with the available performance exhaust system. Driving through an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, a Z51-equipped model is capable of 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds2.
The mid-engine Corvette Stingray is offered in coupe and convertible models in 1LT, 2LT and 3LT trims, with the Z51 Performance Package available on all trims. Magnetic Ride Control is available with or without the Z51 Performance Package. Coupes include a removable roof panel that stores in the rear trunk, and convertibles include a power-retractable hardtop.
Dual cargo compartments offer a total of 12.6 cubic feet of cargo volume, with a trunk large enough for two sets of golf clubs.
The 2022 Corvette Stingray visualizer is now live on Chevrolet.com. Dealers will begin taking orders July 1, starting at $62,195, including destination freight charge, for coupe models and $69,695, including DFC, for the convertible. The MSRP excludes tax, title, license, dealer fees and optional equipment. Bowling Green Assembly will begin model year 2022 production in late third quarter.

That's a 2022 not a 2023. The C8.R was produced in 2022 only. and there were only 1000 made. Awesome car. I own a Hypersonic Gray C8.R.

Most people who have Italian finess will find all excuses possible to hate on American muscle. They are two different monster's. One , you press the gas and go driving in a straight line, moving like an F22 Raptor on a hunt for something to f-up. The other a Space Shuttle riding a controlled explosion. Thiers a reason your given time on the nearest Nascar Road course taught and instructed by Chevrolet test drivers. At the same time, one of the test engineers fine tunes discovery as you plow thru the course. So, you're comparing apples to oranges. Even the production model has an air restrictor plate mandated by Amdot. Can't compare the two.

I own a C8 HTC Z51 and I’m very happy with it. I really want a C8 Z06 but I’m not paying the $50K premium. I will wait till the hype goes down and they can be bought at MSRP.
My c8 will be here in 3 more months. I went 1LT just to see if it’s a LIKE or LOVE, same dealership has z06 at MSRP also

Yes it has I owned at 85 coup and 86 convertible and now I own a C8 HTC Z51 and it’s not even comparable.

These Corvette designs are awesome. Very eye-catching! It would be nice to see the Camaro go down this road with a more sleek and fast look, but the Corvette is finally catching up with foreign super cars.

Me quedo con el Camaro ZL1 por un solo detalle que para mi hace la diferencia. Viene con trasmisión manual. No tengo los recursos pero si los tuviera y quisiera un deportivo me decantaría por uno con transmision manual. Ese es uno de los chiclets de manejar un deportivo en mi humilde opinion.

When are the folks that design display graphics for automotive purposes going to learn that there is no such thing as g-force. Gravity is acceleration, not force. The proper gauge would say, Acceleration measurement.
