- What's going on yall? It's ya boy Mike back with another episode of Game of Thrones!!! It's been a journey and we're nearing the end. Lots of stuff planned for season 8 so we're excited for that. This episode was an absolute banger. The majority of it takes place north of the wall with Jon and Co. We see the white walkers in their full power as they take out both Thoros of Myr and a Dragon. Our heroes are left broken and battered but finally united. On the flip side- we see Sansa and Aryas sibling rivalry reignite cause of sneaky Baelish activities. Other than that that's pretty much it... twas a fire episode that has us hyped af going into the finale. Can't wait to see yall there. As always much love pce yall

It never fails to amuse me, how wrong their takes on characters are. 😂 It has been that way since season 1. 😋
haha yeah especially Aaron. 😂
hilarious
help
At this point, I think its in purpose.
Yeah, I was just thinking that. Like they are so completely wrong about Arya and Sansa. We have the knowledge of future episodes and where this is going, yes. But even at this point when I was watching it, I knew this was just Littlefinger playing his game, pitting the sisters that never got along in the first place against each other. Thats it.
HER dad is not Aegon. The Mad King was Aerys.
Arya was imprisoned at a torture camp in harrenhal, wandered around starving before the brotherhood captured her, witnessed Red wedding from outside the castle, was blind for a significant amount of time begging on the streets, got stabbed multiple times in the gut 😅... both sisters went through trials. Arya's were definitely more physically demanding, whilst Sansa's, because of how naive she was; were more psychological.
Book Sansa went through it worse.
@@NotGettingWhatIPaidForTH-cam oh please 😂 I’m sure you’re right that you don’t care what anyone says but at least come with a more balanced list of facts. No Arya wasn’t tortured with Tywin but I think being blinded and beat up each day on a street corner should count. I’m pretty sure if that had happened to Sansa it would have made your list. And let’s ease up on the human trafficking. Sansa stupid (I’m mean naive 😂) a$$ agreed to go back to Winterfell like an idiot. LF totally played her so I think like you said about Arya that should count as trouble brought on by her on poor choices. Sansa seeing her father’s head was indeed quite horrible. Pretty close to hearing your family being slaughtered at a wedding, getting knocked out by the Hound and when you wake up you find yourself staring at your brother’s body with his dire wolves head attached to it while others chant “King in the North”. Then later hearing soldiers joke about it and being so broken as a child deciding to jump off a horse and stab a man in the neck repeatedly. I wonder who that happened to?? I’m just getting warmed up about Arya’s life. So please stop with the “Arya was the most protected’. She was out in the big bad world trying to survive and find herself in bar fights over chickens 😂. And why even mention that Joffrey was going to serve Rob’s head to Sansa. That never happened so it had no effect on her. There are admittedly so many other valid points you could make on Sansa’s behalf.
Can we just admit both had it rough without it becoming a comparison. Fans of Sansa are going to be bias in Sansa’s favor as Arya fans will lean more her direction. Let’s try to take a page out of Tyrion’s book and attempt to see things from our opponent’s point of view. I’m willing to admit that Ayra is a bit rash and vengeful minded and that likely wouldn’t have ended well for her if she were in Sansa’s position if you can admit that Sansa was a basic moron that didn’t have single proactive bone in her body at least not in the first 4-5 season before D&D tried to MarySue her into a genius 😂😂. Worst character ever✌️
My absolute favorite thing about watching these..
Is me yelling …
watch 30 more seconds!
Multiple times.
At the screen lol 😭😂😅
Arya wouldn’t have survived what Sansa did and vice versa. Arya is far too impulsive and irrational, she would’ve 100% tried to take out Cersei or Joffrey and got herself killed in the process. People shit on Sansa but she is very adaptable and knew exactly what and what not to say or do… she kept her head down and played her part which is why she survived.
But Arya DID survive. She was in the exact same position Sansa was. She was a daughter of Ned Stark, and the gold cloaks were sent to fetch her and bring her to Cersei. But yeah, I get what you're saying. She'd have yeeted Joffrey right off that walkway if he'd taken her up there to see Ned's head.
@@ashscott6068 Yes, but they were in completely different situations. Arya was on the run while Sansa was being held captive.
@@abtiebeidkdbbeienoehh4866 Well, yeah. But Arya would have bailed out either way. She'd never have had the same experience Sansa did. Sansa even refused The hound's offer to take her to Winterfell. Obviously, if Arya had lived the exact experience Sansa did, she'd have at least gotten herself put under lock and key, but she's not the same person. She'd have been out of there. Hell, she was walking around the slums and nobody recognised her until Yoren saw her. Sansa could have bailed, too. It's not like there were guards assigned to her.
@@ashscott6068 Both GRRM and Maisie Williams have said that Arya would not have survived if she was in Sansa’s position. I’m not insulting her because of it, I’m just saying despite how horrific their situations were, they both were where they needed to be.
Arya wouldn’t have been able to just “bailout.” She definitely would have been under guard in Kingslanding because Cersei knows that she’s fiery and not one to play nice. Unlike Sansa, who never really lashed out and was able to talk to Ser Dontos alone, which resulted in her escape.
Yes, Sansa could’ve left with the Hound earlier but he was a stranger with no logical reason to protect her and she was convinced much like everyone else in the Red Keep that Stannis was going to win the battle and she would’ve been safe with him since her father backed his claim.
If you’re talking about Sansa bailing when Ned was first arrested, that wouldn’t have made much sense. She had already pleaded for her dads life and was told that he would be sent to the wall instead of executed (this would’ve happened if Joffrey wasn’t a sociopath) so she had no reason to leave at this point.
I KNOW THEY'RE NOT THE SAME PEOPLE that’s why they wouldn’t have survived in each other's shoes.
The Starks are a well-rounded team. They’re like an RPG party. They’ve got their knight, their assassin, their mage and Sansa is like the noble back at HQ distributing missions.
Lmao I love the great confidence behind those crazy ass predictions lol
They nailed the Arya and Sansa secretly plotting to kill Littlefinger one tho
@@officialthomasjames ahhh don’t remind me of that plot point it was so poorly executed lmao
The guy that was way out front of the pack is known as a scout. Scouts are always yards ahead of the main pack to signal if any obstacles or enemies to report, to avoid mass detection.
It's very nice to find those big chains just abandoned in a freazing wasteland, right when you need them.👍
@@YourMotherAnd420OK. So afterwards they brought those chains all the way out here? Or these guys went to the wall and got them? No one ever questioned the chains existing. The problem is the chains being available for them to use. This episode really angered the fans when it first aired for reasons like this
@YourMotherAnd420 well🤔, well that's something. Even though it's far fetched they'd be available there, they at least actually exist.👌
I read in a discussion years ago; the theory is that those big chains come from the Hardhome which was previously conquered by the Night King.
Also how did they chain the dragon when it's already been established that whites and water don't mix?
Yo, I hope you guys are ok, this quality content was missed by your loyal audience. Thanks for coming back, you were missed x👍🏻

joining the faceless was not a mistake or manipulation, but a choice, she knew they were assassins and learned almost everything from them
lol Night King goes after Viserion flying around, rather than Drogon, who is sitting still right in front of him with all the heroes on his back 🤔
I like how the mindless undead army in the middle of an arctic environment, in which its native living inhabitants had no real smiths or metalworking, were somehow able to come by hundreds of feet of large metal chains.
Gotta say you guys make rewatching the series much more enjoyable.
Also, more intro song singing! Literally magical every time.

Arya always wanted to be a fighter. She killed a fat kid on impulse when he tried to turn her in. Only mistake. Everything else was a choice. Remember Littlefinger planted the letter. The actress was always dead, she had a contract on her. Arya was never going to save her.
Night King already knew Danerys will come......same power of Brand!
finally
bro keep posting man u keep waiting us
This episode made Beric Dondarrion my favourite character. Him & his flaming sword. So freaking badass.
Oh and one more thing I forgot to mention... your theorie take me on a journey, thank you!
I appreciate the grand variety of options and thought bubbles you both share. It's very entertaining in my humble opinion. Many thankful giggles....I share this with only warmhearted intent.😄💜
Just to be clear, the white walkers are those UUUgly generals and the night king, while everything else is just considered the dead/army of the dead.
This whole sisterly conflict at Winterfell...the problem is not that Arya is being stupid, it's that the showrunners / writers are floundering trying to give these characters something to do for the last half of the season.
And turns out the only stupid ones here are the writers themselves!
Agreed. The happenings of the following episode were definitely set without having a sequence of events leading up to it. It’s so messy and does not make sense when you consider both Sansa’s and Arya’s visible growth since last seeing each other. Just over all bad writing.
There's 20+ mins of deleted Winterfell scenes from Season 7. Apparently they're in the Season 8 blu-ray.
I still don't understand why they made it 7 episodes.
Arya and Sansa had to play a game to trick littlefinger... they had to make it believable that there was strife between them.
Arya is playing the Game of Faces with Sansa
My guys...I finally can chill and enjoy your reaction. Much love and laughter😂💚
Bro went from 1 week to 2 week to 3 week per video release by the time they complete season 8 it will be 2025
Arya wasn't stupid to follow Jaqen. She knew who and what the House of Black & White was all about. She served Death.
The sisters both suffered within their own measure. The only reason Arya wouldnt have survived Sansa's life is because she would have FORCED all enemies to kill her. Sansa lived on her knees (and survived). Arya would have died on her feet.
But Sansa couldn't have survived Arya's life either. For the inverse reason. Her weakness would have killed her.
They both suffered in the only way they each could have survived, so they might find their way back to the pack. And they both know it of one another. They are wolves.
Dont ever make the mistake of thinking Arya is stupid. Shes been through too much to ever be seen in such a way.
hearing them both argue about who is going to end up getting with Brienne, Tormund or the Hound is FREAKING HILARIOUS. they are in for a shocker lol
In the books dragons hadn't been able to cross the wall (or no rider could force them to go across) but Bran, the 3 eyed raven a magical being most likely older than the wall, crossed back through & possibly is what broke the magic holding the dead back in the first place. It seems like they have to create more danger in order for the ultimate danger to finally be destroyed vs just held back.
No. Dany was told not to attack Kings Landing. Instead she took out the army and supplies coming from High Garden. She broke the line with fire then burned all the wagons and guards. The Dothraki took out the army.
these guys are really making us wait for these reactions
The Lord of Light works in mysterious ways
Waited 2 years for season 8!
I loveeeee the support for Sansa , my girl is over hated in the community 😩
you have to consider that Arya may have talked to Bran and that they have figured Littlefinger out. That they are putting on a act for Littlefinger to make him think he succeeded in diving them. we will see but it’s a possibility.
Mike you can be crazy! Arya was taught how to be a bad bitch by “following” all those people! She learned how to kill without even being noticed, etc. The Hound basically kidnapped her to get her back to her fam but also get money for it but she learned at the same time. Jaquen taught her how to be nobody. She is seeing that note and all at once. You need to keep watching…lmao
Glad you guys liked the epi; here is some food for thought about why Arya said what she did etc. She hasn't been around her sister in a very long time ; we all know. She has learned alot of great skills; and she neeeds to see for herself if her sister is still her sister to her. For all Arya knows this Sansa could be someone in disguise.... and Arya wants things to work out and is trying to evaluate what the heck is going on with her. I don't blame Arya for doing what she is doing. She's being cautious, when she was around her sister way back they were so different of course and now she is confirming this and other things about her big sister. if you get me?
Nah. Aria knew it was her when Sansa knew to look in the crypt for her.
Benjen could not go back home after becoming a partial wight. He clearly stated to Bran and Mera that there is magic embued in the WALL that will not allow the undead to cross it. So even if the Night King flys over it, how does he get his army across?
Been waiting on u guys!!
"That's 🔥!" Everytime Beric's sword lit up.
Me:"Yes, yes it is."
Dan and David don’t know how to write female characters. Every female character in season 7 and 8 think and act like men. All of a sudden Arya is this cold blooded killer with no patience for anybody but literally a season ago she couldn’t kill an actress she was assigned to kill.
Everytime I watch this episode I can't help but wonder where they get 4 huge chains
There was a dock behind one of the hills that had chains around it
Doesn't matter. It's a later scene. We can have no idea how much time has passed
1 month later lmao
"Let us ride forth beyond the wall on our mission!"
"Let us not ride forth...leave the horses...let us walk forth!"
"Brilliant idea!"

Wights is pronounced like white, not weight😊.
I can't tell if Aaron is saying Wait, Wade, Waif, or something else. All I know is he isn't saying "WHITE". Aaron, the undead fighters are called White's. The Generals are called White Walkers.
They are sailing to Kings Landing to show Cersi the Wight
Jon: "come with me"
Benjen: "It's no use, the writers don't know what to do with me. I'm gonna go do a nonsensical last stand and make it look cool."
Not Danni's fault. It was Tyrions stupid plan to get a walker. Tyrion is literally the worst hand ever. Every advice he gave Danni has been wrong.
If not already mentioned… the conversation Jorah has with Thoros about the battle where he charged in with his flaming sword…Ned and Barriston Selmy also chatted about this in season 1
Your discussion on what Sansa has had to go through was elite. And vise versa eith Arya. Both girls deaerve respect and both have grown in different ways. Sansa is smarter now, and Arya is stronger.
Little Finger told Sansa his plan to use Brienne against Arya. Next thing she sends Brienne away. Therefore foiling Little Finger's plan

There's so many things that are much worse in this episode. This episode has several major plot holes in it.
if thats true then they didn't make it clear at all, when was there any allusion to that last one being a scout?@@Max-fn2et
Wights are linked to the WW who "reanimated" them.
So, apparently, all the wights in this patrol were linked to that WW, except for one, which was reanimated by another WW...
That is possible (in-universe, obviously), but still ridiculously plot-convenient.
Thanks again for another fire reaction.

I still can’t believe no one’s asking this: how the hell is the letter that Arya read even in Littlefinger’s possession? Wasn’t it last seen with Rob (which is what prompted him to go off to war), as he showed it to his mother when she arrived? By that point they were already far from Winterfell, then died at the Twins - nowhere near Littlefinger’s location at the time or after.
I think cus the episode raises like 50 more pressing questions. It's on the list, but it's pretty far down it. Things have stopped making sense by this point.
Someone gave it to him in the last episode
We saw how Maester Wolkan gave it to Baelish. Maester Luwin was archiving all letters.

I like to think Arya went right to Sansa with the recovered letter to show her Balish was sowing discord between them and this episode’s interaction between them is just them playing with Balish.. give him a taste of his own medicine.
They made sure to be outside for their convo, the angle of the camera just suggests Balish was somewhere listening
No one told Dany NOT to go to the Lannister army FFS. John told her TO GO. To meet them on the battlefield because thats “honorable,” and not attack the city with innocents. She took that dunderhead’s advice.
Best episode of the season along with episode 4
Gawd, this episodes. Where did they get those chains??
Uncle Ben, if he escaped was prevented from travelling south of the wall because of magic spells on the wall until....... you'll find out.
Theres no way these guys are not done GOT yet holy
Are you guys gonna watch house of the dragon after this?
I hope not
Don't give Arya a hard time. Sansa also did not trust Brienne either. When Sansa was with little finger, brienne offered her service and Sansa refused. Both made the same mistakes....Sansa was offered the hound she refused, Arya was taken by the hound as a prisoner, this was different.
I think their point was that both sansa and arya were children who made dumb mistakes so it’s hypocritical for one to judge the other.
Thanks. Greattinga from Colombia

You guys completely lost all the looks that Dany was giving Jon during this episode…she respected him and started falling in love with him and neither of you ever picked up on it…😂
Arya is long gone. That's the wafe 😁
First of all, your reactions are infectious. I love them. Your instincts are well placed.
I want to leave a few reminders of the context that you critically assessed Arya's behavior in the scene with Sansa.
#1. Sansa did betray her family by placing her fairytale notions of one day becoming the queen. Sansa also lied on Arya about the scuffle between Arya, Joffrey, and her wolf, Nymeria, that led to the death of Lady(Sansa's wolf). As a result the Hound killed Arya's best friend due to Sansa's convenient absence of memory.
#2. If anyone was led around like a fool it was Sansa. She was betrayed by her devotion to Joffrey, and when he met his fate who did she put her trust in???? Lord Baelish who sold her off to the Bolton's.
#3. Who exacted extreme prejudice against the family who had a hand in killing off the remaining Stark family after being "stupidly" led around by Jaquen Hagar? Arya Stark of Winterfell.
#4. At the conclusion of season 1, aside from Joffrey, Sansa was the most hated character of the entire show due to her lies and betrayal. The writers needed to address that conversation at sone point when the two of them reunited or else it would've been an incomprehensible gap that would've been sorely noticed if left out. Also, that was their initial conversation about the events that took place such a long time ago. We have to give time for the story between the two of them to develop before jumping to conclusions too early.
Sansa changed from the worst to the smartest character
@@CarloRodriguez10 how by saying she's smart a million times to make it true?
sansa in the books is learning and growing how to become what she should be in this show instead of the stupid ramsay plotline
she went through traumatic events but that doesn't immediately make her smart
i have yet to see her make one smart decision other than act like she's smart
even calling backup for the vale, she should have told jon sooner
Y'all missed a *very* important line from Jorah. Kill the Night King you take out all of them.
Arya being stuck with the Hound wasn’t her fault nor was his “death.” Not trusting Brienne was smart because she didn’t know her at the time. Sansa didn’t trust Brienne either until Brienne came back and saved her from the Boltons. I know a lot of people don’t like the arguments between the sisters (I didn’t either on first watch), but looking back, I appreciate these scenes.
Ughhh! I don’t ship Jon and Daenerys!!
The Hound let the internal thoughts win and regretted it instantly 😂
I always laugh when Jon says “fall back” because like Aaron said, fall back to where?!
Watching that dragon die feels like a punch to the gut every time
I don’t think the dragon dying was Daenerys’ fault, but more Jon’s. If he had hopped on the dragon when he was supposed to, maybe Viserion would still be alive. It’s not like Dany was going to believe a random man about ice zombies. I don’t think anyone would have unless they were already in the Night’s Watch or lived up North.
Can’t wait to see your reaction to the finale!
