Thank u sir for this informative video, it helped me a lot to understand the receptor binding concept. No professor in the college or coaching explained it properly with example.
And providing everything free of cost, it's a great move in the meantime when every other institute and coaching centre are just running after money. They don't even explains well.

Sir, Very nice presentation. but at some points students will get confuse.Here you told that antagonist will not allow the agonist to bind with the receptor. here the students should get understand that though both agonist and antagonist have affinity both will compete wach other for the same site.once the antagonist will occupy the receptor the agonist will not get chance to bind in the same site as it has been already blocked by antagonist thereby no Pharmacological response.
