    Amazing how despite such a tragedy, Bruce Perry worked so hard to help children with trauma

    The fact that Crawford reported the gruesome death by saying they had "a stiff" in the church says a lot - virtually no one else would've used such a cold, inhumane way of describing Arlis Perry's body. It's not evidence, but it's disgusting.

    • @bksalkrook8716

      i think it was him DNA evidence confirms it

    • @stephenbartlett1167
      @stephenbartlett1167 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some people think Crawford got “turned on” when he discovered her body and then did something about it. That would account for his cold, detached tone of voice when he called it in

    • @jr5993
      @jr5993 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@stephenbartlett1167it was clearly personal pleasure. I don't think it had anything to do with Son of Sam.

      I agree it's odd he used the word "stiff", but have to consider he was bitter about the police rejecting him, he thought himself a cop, or at the very least someone with that ego, having more experience than you type arrogance. In that light, I don't find it as much surprising. The problem i have with this official story is a person doesn't kill someone and then proceeds to make it look like a ritual sacrifice satanic setting, to satisfy only himself, then call the police. Surely, he would have known they would consider him. Also, no finger prints on the candles, ice pick, or anything that he may have touched? Seems more like multiple perps involved. Cult activity, tied to SoS . The very first U.S. conviction using DNA happened in 1987, I guess they finally got around to checking this guys dna. If they always felt it was him, then why did they wait 30+ years to check it. This starts to look more and more like the old patsy cover-up. According to Dave McGowans book "Programed to Kill", the CIA uses cults all the time, for multiple purposes. It makes more sense to me than this strange story they came up with. And of course, he was in the military, and of course, he's now dead.

    I still don't buy the official version that states that Crawford did it. It still makes no sense, despite whatever DNA evidence they might have recovered 40 yrs later. They already had DNA evidence from the semen left on the pillow and handprint on the candle used on Arlis and neither matched Crawford's at the time. Why would that suddenly change now? If anything, this fact alone points to a different perpetrator or perpetrators. The police refuses to acknowledge that. It seems to me that Sheriff Smith was just looking for her 15 minutes of fame. They never investigated the existence of a phone listing for a fake Bruce D Perry nor the blonde man who approached Arlis at her work place the day before the murder and who resembled the man that entered the church after her. Nothing adds up in this case. One last thing, why would Crawford just sit still waiting for the cops to show up one day if he was actually guilty? He would've at least moved out of state and tried to change his identity if he was in fact the killer. My guess is that he committed suicide because he thought they were after him to jail him again for the stolen items from Stanford or some other thing (which he didn't want to go to prison for), not murder. THIS IS STILL A COLD CASE TO ME and anyone who has a brain.
