This is another really effective tip. I had instant results with this today in a lesson. I was practicing serves and of the first 30 balls I hit, less than half were valid serves. Then I remembered to get my head a little further forward and put more weight on the front foot. I hit 40 more serves and they were all good! At the end of the basket the coach said: 'You won't play anyone at your level who serves better than that.' Wow. Thanks, Sven!

Hi Sven! Great channel! Sometimes if I play with a weaker teammate, the other team just bombs him or her with ball, while I am a spectator and cheerleader and prayer on my side of the court. I don't know if these opponents do it by purpose or just feel more comfortable playing the ball to my teammate. It can also be that my partner is not so good to rush the net, and the fact that he stays back and I am on net, makes them play to him. Can be several reasons. Any tips? Thanks!

Well.. your are might be the better player and better positioned. So at least having him next to you in the same position will help a lot
