Extremely helpful video full of tips and advice. 👍💪 Thanks.
Great point about a rental car.
Will need to see if you have a cost breakdown of your stay in Switzerland 🇨🇭 🤔💰

Hey there! Liked your videos! As someone who lives here, I’d like to point out the SBB EasyRide feature. You just swipe right before entering public transport and swipe left once you’ve arrived at your destination. It tracks your GPS and tries to book the best option (which can be combined with the Half-Fare option). I often just turn it on in the morning and then leave it on for the whole day until I am back home. Also, some places accept Euros, usually at a poor exchange rate. It’s a good idea to ask first though.

I just checked out the EasyRide feature in the app. Super helpful! We'll add this to our list of things to know and will definitely leverage it on our next trip to Switzerland. Thanks so much!

I cannot imagine a vacation scenario in which a car would be required in Switzerland. The major cities are connected by train?? The little cities are connected by train and all the villages by efficient, frequent bus service. BTW, we Swiss love cash.

This is great reinforcement to not rent a car. We Americans tend to default to driving since we don't have the phenomenal public transportation network that you have in Europe. Thanks for your comment!
