This crochet top is a simple pattern for beginners that works up very fast. All you need to know is how to make chains and double crochet stitches. It's worked in one piece from side to side without breaking yarn, and then sewn together on both sides. Perfect for any season!

LOVE this pattern! SUPER easy! I worked it up in one day using Scarfie and I am a begginer. Can you tell me how to make it longer? I made the small and it fits perfect. I am 5'8" and 128 lbs with 36 inch chest. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Lovely❤️ hi Wilma. On your website, in parentheses, it appears you have all the sizes. But then, in some sections of your instructions it appears that you have size small included in your parenthesis. So I’m kind of confused. I want to make a 2 extra large. I know to chain my 91. Yet, as you look further it’s kind a hard to tell because I don’t know if the small is included in those parentheses if that makes sense thank you

People seem to forget that no one on this earth is perfect. And that we all have some sort of “issue” to deal with be it mental, physical or emotional. Looking at row 10 when putting a cluster on each chain where the 14 single chains are., it looks like you are skipping 2 chains? Is this right or is it a cluster in each of the 14 single chains? Thanks 😊

I have a question for everybody. I notice Wilma starts on the outside of the ball. I have always started from the center of the yarn ball. Is it better to start from the outside? I have never had the yarn go wonky on the inside..am I just lucky?? Thanks for your help with this. Happy crocheting/knitting. 😁 Dawn
You can start either way :D Depending on the yarn, I sometimes start on the inside. This time I started on the outside because I couldn't find the center pull.

Thanks so much! I've never worked with Shawl in a Ball before, but Lionbrand's website says it's a medium 4 weight. You can try holding 2 strands together 💗
