Direct to Film Printers (DTF Printers) are t-shirt TRANSFER printers
DTF Printers use liquid inks instead of toners or screen print inks (all 3 are vastly different). They appeal to larger custom t-shirt and on-demand personalization businesses.
Commercial DTF Printers are Key.
All of the comparison numbers and convenience of mass-producing dtf transfers are in the high-volume machines.
Single sheet, aftermarket manufactured style dtf systems are far less efficient and have more steps.
There are a few reasons for that:
An Epson color printer converted to be a direct to film machine still prints 1 sheet at a time.
That’s inherently slower than printing on a 24” roll. A commercial printer is inherently faster.
And obviously, buying dtf film one sheet at a time is much more expensive per square inch.
That Epson based dtf printer requires an extra step.

I see your advertising 19.99 gang sheets. However, on your site the least expensive I see is $35. Am I looking in the wrong place or have your prices increased since this video was posted?
Yes that is correct, our prices have increased since this video was posted (very old video) . We no longer print on Chinese DTF printers. We only print on Mimaki DTF printers. The quality of the transfers is a much higher now.
@StraightOuttaContent thanks for responding, especially on an old video, that says something about you guys. I'm going to order a sheet tonight and give it a go. I have a lot of customers that prefer another company's transfers over screen printing but they're too inconsistent and occasuonaly made it difficult to work with. I'm hoping you guys are my saving grace!

Want to know if your dtf is the same as supacolor and yours take 75 washes? And do y’all have puff print too?
Lots of videos about the quality of our product. Supacolor is a screen print process. DTF is completely different and more durable. We have puff embroidery. 24minimum piece order for that.

We dont compare, starting AUG 1st all orders will be printed next business day and ground shipped that same day. All graphics must be completed and submitted in png format. Videos on the channel explaining the entire process.

Lol send me their product. Cause I’m not sending them a dime of my money. Lol but jokes aside like I state in all my videos. We MANUFACTURE!!!! At an extremely large scale. We know their process. “Screen print transfers” aren’t even close to what comes from any commercial grade DTF printer. Find one in your local city and test it yourself! 🙏🏿 we will be here for the test results I promise

the full color tko is water-based
It’s not, you can see that in the section of the video where I show the 3 different types of transfers that they offer. 2 of the 3 are water based not all of them.
Question: Do you think 22x24 is to large to work with comfortably and can you show how easy it is to gang sheet and place order with your company?
Those videos are on the channel that you are talking about. We actually have a bigger gang sheet to fit more images for only $45. Thats our 22x60 sheet.

There are no wash restrictions. Those only apply to screen print and screen print transfers. DTF doesn’t fade, crack or peel after washes.
