What a unique concept for memories, especially with the subtle loss of glowing when a fish has been used, how the fish looked saddened and defeated. Only for them to glow brightly and warmly when they're freed at the end. So creative!
Something that i didn't see people talked about was the amazing colours choice!!! How the memories was either faded or brighter because studies said that when you are a kid,you see the world much more brighter and colourful than an adult and that connecting with the fact that memories wore out over time is just awesome!!!
I like the style of animation, which is similar to the drawings of children’s books with watercolors. I liked the narration of the story and the concept of the fish’s memory. The idea presented by the film is very innovative. Let us not forget the sounds and their suitability to the characters. Thank you Gobelins Paris for this unique masterpiece of its kind.❤❤

Great! Also, the dog was sitting on a mountain of gold, but they went after him like he was just sitting on rubble. Goes to show how much valuable the memory and the missing dog was to them... Sooo cuuute!!! Loved it.
This is amazing! using fish for memories is genius and so creative, them getting released at the end was incredibly pretty and meaningful too, just wow. Amazing work as always!
The animations posted on here have always been so transcendent but recently it’s been back to back to back absolute bangers that I still think about way after I’ve watched it like it’s just so inspiring to see these passion projects come to life!

was looking for the kaiba comment haha. if anyone wants to watch an anime series based around the concept of storing/reliving anothers memories check it out. but be warned it has some dark themes
