This is what Parkway Drive should sound like. Instead they went into stadium-pop... Just discovered Bleed From Within today and I'm astonished. This is really awesome! 10/10

PWD is more of a live band now, absolutely kickass live but their recent studio stuff is just mehh, the new music is purely written with live performance in mind it seems.

Wow, growing up listening to As I Lay Dying, Trivium, Miss May I etc. it's such a trip to hear a good, modern Meralcore song. Not gonna lie, kind of miss this sound a bit.

That first riff is insane!
People need to realise that this still sounds just like them, and bare in mind that they've had a 5 year break before saying they're sounding like everything that has been released since the break. They aren't the ones copying.

With everything that has been said about Machine Head lately and the state of Metal, balance has been restored!!! Well done guys. I'll be pre ordering the album as soon as possible and the kids WILL be listening to this in the car for the first several months.
Machine head's new record is pretty awful, this song is not bad, however to me it kind of falls into genre tropes and is rather generic, I wouldn't say balance is restored yet. It's only March and there isn't anything special or groundbreaking here. I guess we'll see how the rest of the record holds up, always thought Empire was their strongest, it'll be tough to top that one for me.
DrumSlave86 It wasn't they're best, but its not awful it has its movements like behind a mask, heavy lies the crown, and grind you down.

Saw these guys play Norwich on Feb 6th, was the first gig I ever went to and they were absolutely awesome. If anyone has the chance to see them live, I'd recommend it highly.

...and in the end 2018 has been one of the most consitent regarding the quality of released albums. Lots of new wave of metal as well, which is an amazing prospect for what it is to come; Rivers of Nihil, Inferi, Oathbreaker, Conjurer, Dyscarnate, The Ocean, Horrendous, Judas Priest, At the gates, Revocation, Immortal, and others I might have forgotten now.... so many great albums!

I’m late to the party, this opening riff blew my mind. I like how this band does not sound like Metalcore nowadays, which seem to gravitate towards more atmospheric none sense and samples. I need some tight but raw riffs, and BfW provide.
