सात राज्यों की 13 विधानसभा सीटों पर हुए उपचुनाव के बाद मतगणना के बाद नतीजे लगभग साफ हो चुके हैं. इस उपचुनाव में पश्चिम बंगाल की चार सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ा गया, जिसमें रायगंज, रानाघाट दक्षिण, मानिकताला और बागड़ा विधानसभा सीट शामिल है. इन चारों सीटों पर टीएमसी ने बीजेपी को जोरदार पटखनी दी है. चारों सीटों पर टीएमसी के उम्मीदवारों ने जीत दर्ज कर ली है
