Overall, there's nothing wrong with getting the certs if they will help you pursue your degree/goals. However, the point of the Grow with Google program is that colleges were not supplying companies with job ready candidates, so they created these certs so that people would be job ready. So getting multiple Google certs for college credits is ironic.

As I have read... Is great, some experts say that it has everything you need for applying to a junior job... Of course you can complement it with Cisco courses but is a great first step. I'm not an expert but watched many reviews 😂
some of them is including Financial aid and coursera give 7 day free trial. You can complete a full course in under 1 week and and take cert in the end
I have the UX certificate. I'm working on the project management one now and plan on IT next.
