How long it takes to get the digital certificate after doing these steps? And can we view it online or it gets delivered?
20-25 days. Yes. certificate will be generated in your login and you will get SMS also.

if you have old birth certificate you can apply for digitization as i told in video. you will DOB as per MCD record only.

It is depend on pendency at the level officials. Usually 20-25 din me ho jata hai
