Shades of Green Construction- Driving on I4 to Disney World

I have stayed at Shades of Green several times. It is such a great deal. I am bummed you cannot walk to the Polynesian. We made that trek many times to catch the monorail or simple watch the fireworks from the back of the Polynesian.

I agree that having the walk way was such a great perk. Guests could walk over to the Polynesian beach and watch the fireworks! Unfourtunately, according to the Shades of Green website, the walk way is closed indefinitely. They stated that more buses have been added to compensate for the inconvenience.
