I'm not sure what you mean. In the video I am playing in standard tuning, and the tab is also in standard tuning.

I was using the Guitar Rigs 5 preset My Curse. I changed it a little bit, mostly adding more bass I think. On some of the lead parts I was also using reverb and psychedelay I believe. I used a volume petal on the swells near the beginning.
