I love the presence of the dogs and cats. They clearly have great lives and are loved by their person who is doing all those amazing renovations! The dog house was genius! Long live the man and his beautiful pet dogs and cats! (and please, get them spayed and neutered!!)

A beautiful renovation in outdoors! The stonework, for the pavements are very nice, the dog house quite original, nice pond , and the pergola, too! Beautiful flowers ...Hard work, but a very artistic result...Dogs, cats...and funny goats eager to eat the dog's food...The landscape around seems to be awesome...A very good place to live!

My jaw dropped to see you make the wood barrel into a dog house; would have made a beautiful object of decor. The prior owners seems to have lived a very good life on that property. If you watch a lot of costume dramas, many large homes had beautiful gardens and each section of the house was like it's own apartment, joined to the others by walkways. I think some more recent homes are still the same, but those awful floods they get make areas uninhabitable for awhile, but the government probably has incentives for people to fix them back up when they reopen the area. I would guess outward appearance matters most so outsiders can judge the program a success, so participants care more about not offending their local authorities than having a place to stay yet. In many areas of Texas, you aren't allowed to camp on your own property, your plans must be approved by your HOA before you begin, and you can't live there until it has passed all inspections. You often have a time constraint on construction, too, and landscaping often doesn't count, so this guy would be fine in many areas where I live. I envy him.

Why do they always do outside before the house is even habitable ?? So much time put into it and the home is where you live eat sleep not the garden.

Because that’s the way Wu Vlog does things I personally think they never finish the houses it all for videos! Or the people doing the work have to pay for the rest! There are few and far between part 2’s. You notice most supplies are what is all ready there. A couple of bags of cement and a few feet of p v c pipe I’m sure it’s helpful. The labor is what costs if they have family and friends helps as much as money 💰! I enjoy Wu Vlog but I too want to know why they never finish them 💰!

Coming from a tropical island I can assure you that all of that concrete will never keep his home or property cool... All the contrary.😢😢😢 Surrounding the property with plants and trees and bamboo would have kept it all much cooler and definitely greener for him, his family, pets, and yes- the planet.
What amazes me is that his wife didn't hardly do anything that I could tell. My husband and I we worked on a lot of projects together and I learned a lot of skills from him.

I think you guys do an awesome job on rebuilding repairing but one thing I want to know is why do you guys do the outside first when it's so much need to be done on the inside please explain it to me I would think that you would want to do a bedroom first or in kitchen so that way you have a place to sleep you have a place to cook and then go to the Next Room for you guys start out on the outside but anyway that's my opinion that's my question like I said you guys do an awesome job continue the good work and I'm sure that God is going to continue to bless you until next time
Chinese people live out side the house ,they prefer cook , eat outside in village , they ues to sit whole afternoon with their family, friends with outside ,they do household chores outside the house their kitchen are open ,they have fishpond outside of their house they ues to hang dry meat ,fish , duck in outside in villages

Olha o estado da casa? Não adianta ter um jardim lindo com uma casa caindo aos pedaços. Muito estranho os vídeos deles. Aqui no Brasil primamos pela moradia.
I would love to see their school shop classes. Building with bamboo, building with joinery and no nails.....kids just aren't taught that stuff it seems anymore. They want homebuilders who know how to use a nail gun....if you want to know the cool old stuff you have to watch TH-cam or at least read books.....

This is one thing i always ask myself ,,, if i have to go live in an old house that needs to be repaired...the first thing is clean it to make it liveable,,,and make one restore at a time,,, and not tearing everything down like crazy ,,, and whats that¿? working on the patio first,,, when that's the last thing to be done any we're in the world.
i get so pitstoff when they go backwards on the vídeos just to show the same thing we had already seen ,,, when all we want to see is the end of the project ,,, which they never show every statement on each place renovated. That's an a --------100%
