Well... we do have an accepted offer on the property. We should be closing in less than 2 weeks. But... we added a custom outdoor kitchen and patio cover that rivals a 5 star resort. Maybe I will do an updated video for y'all. Buyers want to build their own pool.
@Bryan_Knisley I would get quotes for how much it would cost to add a pool and then reduce the asking price by that much. And if there's anything else that might need some modifications done to the home, get that quoted out as well and then have the asking price reduced by that much as well. OR make an agreement with the seller to give the asking price, BUT then get a kickback in escrow to cover the expense(s) to add and modify what was needed.
ill give you 50K for it place is a joke sorry to burst someones bubble. I own homes as rentals, my man cave is 5500 sq ft. someome will lose money on this place.

Wow! Beautiful and cozy. I love the open floor plan and the high ceilings. That yard is perfect for a custom pool and a Pickle Ball court.

I would say, let's negotiate... but this one already sold for $2.5M. Seller gave a $70,000 concession for the pool, so you were not far off.
