In California you can go Into target or Walmart and fill your cart with close to $900 worth of cards and walk out and the worst thing that will happen to you is someone will record you. This can be repeated over and over again and the chances of you ever seeing any punishment for are almost zero as long as you keep the amount below $950. If you get lucky and the security tried to physically stop you, call a lawyer and you'll have a nice payout in a couple months. While waiting for your payout you can. Keep going back into the store and keep stealing. Plus the weather in California is the best!!!!
