If this siren was tested on March 8, 2023, then it wouldn't be facing west after the wind down, because a couple days after this test I saw this siren off I-94 and it was facing southeast. So, was it because it was tested in February, or does Milwaukee County do growl tests?
I’ve been told the sirens on the new system activated a second time around 12:30, that is my guess as to what happened. Neither ASC nor the county mentioned why this happened though, so I am still very confused.

Are the rest of the reverse wired P-50s not reverse wired anymore?
I can’t say I unreversed all 9 reversed wired P-50s and Allertors during our radio upgrade project, but I’m not going to deny it either 😉
