They just showed all the members doing that part in 3 choruses, that's the same with the first line, SooYulTif and then SeoTaeHyo. They probably did some background vocals but it doesn't mean that all of them backup each other in all 3 choruses.

I've accepted that I'm not Tiffany's target audience, but I cannot deny the skills she helped the girls put forth with understanding their vocal colors. Particularly ending the song strongly with Hyoyeon and that vocal run she did, I was legitimately impressed.
No it's not Sooyoung. All the wanbyeokhan was lead by ghe member singing previous part which were Tiffany, Hyo, and Seohyun. Hyoyeon accent can be heard very clearly in second chorus, and Tiffany was noted in he lyrics paper as the one leading that line in first chorus. Hence, it should be Seohyun leading in third chorus, I think her accent also appears so well in that line tho.
