Yes, we would join Mckinsey, if they gave equal consideration to all qualified and capable candidates. Under this guise of propagating equality, you are still looking for candidates who are "culturally fit" a.k.a candidates who look like us, talk like us and walk like us (and maybe eveb drink like us)

      Well, I agree.
I’ve be consultant even Business Line Manager for PWC and Deloitte.
I was young just brained washed from university and believed that I was serving for the good…
I somehow feel guilty, but when I tell people what is…
Nobody believes me and tell that I’m complotist.
I mean, it is so …
I mean from my subjective point of view …
People are so brain washed that they would prefer to suicide to make the buzz and be popular, than serving the Truth.
      I feel very sad.

@@ms.erania9848 I am an Engineer with two Master's degees - an Ivy Leaguer with an MBA from a top university - plus tons of industry experience with top notch companies. I have more education and industry experience than even most of their MDs. But, none of it counts, because its not what you can deliver. When it comes to higher level jobs what counts is only their so called "cultual fit", which is just another way of justifying discimination and nepotism.

Please tell me the truth about them
My teacher recommended it to us, but I did not find clear and encouraging information about them..a training program consisting of management + customer service + art of dialogue and persuasion + time management etc. I did not find this useful for me because I have long in business management

Sustainabilty is a challenge that requires good feedback loops to ensure delivery of real solutions.
Hollow buzz words will not create impact or real grassroot change.
People creating true impact will never join such outfits as its clear they create literally 0 impact. Goodluck hiring the next generation of charlatans.

Dear Mckinsey & Company employees and alumni,
I discovered something sinister has been happening at McKinsey and Company for decades and no one noticed to report it.
Since McKinsey & Company likes to pitt their workers against each other. It is time to turn the tables around .
Has any of the workers noticed family members passing away right around the time you started working for McKinsey and Company?
I discovered a pattern that about 75% of Employees working for McKinsey & Company for 2yrs and left…etc
Family, relatives, associates have passed away especially many at young age.
These are the patterns my husband and I are seeing while reviewing the data.

How many black and Latino colleagues do you have that aren’t working as a firm service professionals? 20? You’re diversity and inclusion “efforts” are lip service and you still would rather hire the black person to be the janitor than a BA.
