Your reactions to performance team is totally justified. As someone who biases literally every member, I also lost my mind over this version of Lilili Yabbay... I mean it's rearranged so we weren't expecting it!!! And the vocals and harmonies were insane, like what ascending into heaven would sound like. That rearranged version came out of NOWHERE. And the soft breathy, intense sensual vocals?????? Like Ozlem said, they were moaning into the mics 😭

I'm glad that you stumbled upon this on Tiktok. I feel like this may have been overlooked since Seventeen had a lot of performances and interviews for their US promotions last year. I've watched this performance a number of times but I still get blown away. I'm proud of Performance Team since they really improved their vocals. Hoshi also said before that he wanted to break the misconception that dancers can't sing which is why he really tries hard to improve his singing skills.
I would also like to recommend award shows / year-end performances since they showcase different songs, arrangements and choreographies. I love unit reverse from seventeen in caratland, try to watch their unit reverse video. My favs are from caratland 2021: performance team with chocolate (vocal unit song) their vocal and harmonization was damn good, vocal team with check in (hiphop team's song) they are just hilarious, hiphop team with lililiyabbay (they are cute) and hiphop team cover for hug also nice (their's sweet voices). I think most of their concert performances are insanely good and you can find them in youtube too 😁
I think you guys should react to unit reverse or part switch version of SVT songs if you guys haven't yet... Cuz their versatility is insane when they switch w e/o.....
