- This is the second video after restoration of my 1927 Victor Talking Machine Company, VE10-70E Automatic Electrola. They used the term "automatic" then for what we later called a record changer. This is the 1st generation record changer offered by the Victor Company. A second design was introduced in 1928 then in 1929 when RCA bought Victor Talking Machine Co. a 3rd and 4th design in the 1930s-40s until the single stack on a tall spindle design "drop changer" became standard for all manufacturers.
The records in this video are:
Victor record 21432-A, Nat Shilkret and the Victor Orchestra- "Get Out And get Under The Moon"
Victor record 20257-A, Jessie Crawford played on the Wurlitzer organ with Jean Goldkette's Book-Cadillac Orchestra- "I'd Love To Call You My Sweetheart"
