I also ordered from BookOutlet! LOL! How can you not??? I am excited to see what you think about The Ministry of Time because I already own it and it is in my TBR!
I loved The Ministry of Time, I read it as an eARC at the start of the year. I just ordered myself a signed copy to have as a shelf trophy. Can't wait to see what you think!
I got books from the book outlet fiction sale too! I got Immortality: a Love Story, Frankenstein in Baghdad, Never Been Better, Check & Mate, all of us villains, and rouge
Great selection! I must confess that I tend to judge some creators that do big hauls just for dopamine fixes, because they don’t read half the books they buy. But I fully support your haul, you really read and enjoy the books you buy, so good job! 👍🏻 👏🏻 Curious to see your reaction to some very romantic books, that are not your usual go to, also The Ministry of time. I must confess that my eye kept going to The Dagger and the flame on your TBR cart. I haven’t seen any reviews of that book, but I’m intrigued.
I can’t wait for you to read Ministry of Time (also on my TBR) and the 7 1/2 deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle! I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the mystery and the whole plot!!
Oh 7 1/2 deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle is so fun to read. I partially guessed the ending but mostly couldn’t figure out the entire mystery. It can be frustrating sometimes, but I just love Stuart Turton’s writing. I hope you enjoy it!
I really enjoyed A Fragile Enchantment, but it was when I needed a no brain power kind of book. Just vibes. And it delivered 😂 I hope you end up enjoying it!
I've read pumpkin spice cafe and I believe cinammon bun book store is about the lady who runs the book club in the first book and her love interest, and in the 5th book it's about character Annie who runs a bakery opposite and a guy she doesn't like, with Jeannie and logan too from the first book. I'm not sure who archer and iris or Kira and Bennett are, but maybe they are mentioned in the second/third book. The first book I read in a day or two !
Maybe for the next video of haul compilations, try putting a little transition between them, like a title card or just like your calm b-roll shots that you usually include when you vlog, to make the transitions smoother.
I think the Elsie Silver series you are thinking of is The Chestnut Springs series. I have not read any, but I have heard good things about them. I wasn't crazy about Normal People. Mainly because, although I sympathized with the 2 main characters, I didn't particularly like them. And although many people thought they had a great romance; I thought it was toxic. The book was well written, but it wasn't for me. I have heard that Intermezzo is a good book for those who don't like Sally Rooney's other books. Hopefully you will like it
I don't know if they ever do it anymore, but I used to get so many books for verrrrryyyyy cheap from Book Outlet (like 1.49) when they would have their big sales. Might be good if you missed that era, or you'd have to buy an actual library rolling cart to hold your TBR 😂😂
@jaimefok it's been a while since I saw those prices! I'm also on the email list, but because I still have 3 unopened boxes (thanks to those prices honestly), I try to hold myself back hahaha
Reading the will of the many and five broken blades right now, on your rec. enjoying them both, easy to read. I recently finished Babel. I’m giving up on rf kuang. I DNFd poppy wars. Babel I was really enjoying in the first half but it just didn’t pan out. I don’t like her MCs i am not sure why.
The Seven Deaths vs. The Seven 1/2 Deaths just has to do with which publication you have not which edition. Canadian and UK titles have Seven Deaths and the U.S. has Seven 1/2 because of Evelyn Hugo.
I've been scared to order from book outlet due to their such incredible prices (thought it was too good to be true). Are all your books in good quality?
I've never had a bad experience! some of the books will have like a marker dot on the top edge (like where the pages are). But that's about it :) I don't mind bc you never even see that part on your shelves or while you're reading.
@@jaimefok sorry about that. I also saw that you bought one of Mariana Zapata's ... I read "When Gracie Met the Grump" and I loved it. It's a hilarious story. He's a "superhero" ... kind of!! Honestly I really loved it. I liked the fact that it was a slow burn and not about "sex' so you may like that one as well.
which books would you be excited to see me read?

Can definitely do :)
13:05 omg i didnt know there was an earlier version!! i have the 7 1/2 and never realized it had been renamed! loved this haull 💗
I recently learned this! So interesting
I didn't know this either, it looks like it wasn't renamed in territories that get the UK edition (I'm Australian).
This format was great! I think this should be a regular video!!!!
YAY! I’m so glad to hear :)
I went on a book outlet haul this month 😍 it came in the mail yesterday. Just rearranged my shelf to fit them lol

You read so much more than me 😂 The only one out of these I’ve read is 7 1/2. I loved it, though you may find it slow at times.

Be careful with Wild Love, it`s pretty spicy book. I skipped a lot while reading it
UH OH - ya I will likely skip the spice :P
If you're not into spice them Wild Love may be an issue for you. I'd as it's got a fair amount of spice. Love the haul though ;)
