I feel that it's a good thing for OSRS longevity. It will spread out the potential power creep even more, so in 2030, we might still be using Tier 80 weapons.
I'm a fan of sidegrades and niche bis items. Straight upgrades are good if they're spread out. It'll help the game have many goals to chase for years to come.
well with waterfiends, air in theory would make it stronger because water+air = hurricane. fire is weak to water, not the other way around. water is weak to earth because earth removes the water properties, at most it would become mud.

Makes sense. I'd say I'll try and learn all the weaknesses by heart, but that's honestly what the wiki is for.
