- Last month, while in Paris for PUMA's celebration ahead of the Summer Games, we managed to get some time to talk with 400m hurdles world record holder and reigning Olympic champion Karsten Warholm about how he plans to run even faster than he did at the Tokyo Olympics, where he shocked the world by running 45.94s.
He opened up his 2024 outdoor season on May 22nd with a 33.28 in the 300m hurdles at the Trond Mohn Games in Norway. The time is just .02 off his world record from 2021.

I hope he runs an 800 someday , he finishes the 400H with such strength.
He’s gonna have to do more treadmill threshold runs and less speed lol
“Running like an underdog even when you’re not” I love his mentality.
He smash it at the last 100m of his WR and said that was his weakness 😭 Elite level of mentality 🔝💯
I love LOVE him!❤️
very good!
Great athlete
Can anyone tell what watch he’s wearing? Is a Rolex GMT Master?
