Smoked Beef Short Ribs

- Beef short ribs, Dino ribs, plate ribs. I used my SPG rub which is:
1 cup coarse ground pepper
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup Lowry's seasoned salt
Cooked on my Grilla Mammoth smoker at 240 degrees, with hickory pellets. Smoked to 165 degrees and raised temp to 275 degrees. Smoked until probe tender which in this case was 203.
