Really loved that. It’s almost embarrassing how short the official CPL highlights are. You’d think they’d wanna showcase their league better, but at least one soccer has some better/longer ones. Already anticipating the next installment of this series.

@@NerdySoccerGuy my only thought would be that when you have slightly longer highlight videos, like I can obviously understand it because these were like 90 seconds long if that, but when you have longer ones, it might be beneficial and provide more exposure to upload each reaction individually. Just a thought.
oh yeah the only reason I did them together this time was because how short they are. I will probably only do 1 match highlights per video if they are longer highlights.
Just some notes: Forge vs Calvary was the 2023 finals rematch. York has got new owners with Mexicans connections, so interesting to see that impact Atletico Ottawa is being called a “super team” as they have signed a bunch of Good CPL players. Interesting to see if they will win the league this year.
Aren’t you allowed to go out of bounds then come back inbounds to play the ball in the run of play as long as you don’t touch the ball out of bounds? Don’t know the rule just thinking in the comments. Very strange though. Never really seen it before, or if I had I never really thought about it or processed it.
Could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that the rule is the ball can go out of bounds and play as long as nobody touches the ball when it’s out of bounds.

@@NerdySoccerGuy yeah the one soccer highlights are pretty good. I don’t really support a specific team, York United are the closest but York is the region north of Toronto so I don’t really have a connection there. Pacific have fantastic kits too
@@NerdySoccerGuy yes there was talks of two more clubs next year but it depends on the stability of the league. There is also a lot of work being done on “League One” throughout Canada which is a more regional set of leagues below the CPL. Ontario’s league one just introduced pro/rel
